Clean and comfortable

When we arrived front staff told me to take a seat and she’d be back in a minute. After 10 min finally someone else actually checked us in. Just felt dismissed by other person and would have understood if given an explanation for delay.

Had a clean room. Also had a decent size tv and channel selection.

The pillows were small and very uncomfortable. The shower has ok water pressure and takes a while to get warm. Also the elevator was broken and I had to lug everything up to the 3rd floor which would have really sucked if I was with my family

No one told me I needed to ask for my room to be cleaned. When I asked they said it would be hard since there was 32 rooms to clean for 4 people. Also, I went to the front dest twice and no one answered during business hours. Someone said in the office there is someone out front, but they were even too lazy to come out and great me. Customer service really lacked.

The esthetic of the hotel was more than I imagined and homey with a touch of elegance all at the same time. Everything worked.

I wish there would have been a ceiling light near the wall mirror outside of the bathroom.
