Only one mirror. Located in bathroom. Dirty. One water cup missing. No trash can. Except in bathroom TV doesn't work. Called and no one came. Elevator dirty, food and other substances on the floor. Hallways were very soiled.

The price & location.

We booked our room in advance. When we arrived at 8:30pm we were informed that the room wasn't ready. It finally was at 10:30pm. The ceiling vent was hanging & the blow dryer was hanging from the wall in the bathroom. I question the cleanliness as the turn over of the room was less than 20 minutes.

arrived late in the evening and they had no room ready. they had to clean one which took an hour due to interruptions He seemed to be the only person working. Had no soap the next morning for a shower

The fact that they don't charge extra for pets.

Parking lot is full of garbage, even a dead bird was right as you walk in, for a day or two. Long check in times, having to park way far away from your room. Food was left in refridgerator, AGAIN! Garbage can still had garbage in it. Very scary people hanging around outside at night, every night. The check in lady takes up the closest parking spot. Tv needed to be reprogrammed from the satellite provider. The towels had big long dark hair on them, one actually stuck to my body after taking a shower! The toilet needed to be plunged every flush. The plunger was old and didn't work. Hallways are stained and gross. Front door is hard to open, sticks. No housekeeping at all, have to ask for towels everyday. Beds are very old and uncomfortable. Noisy, children were allowed to play in the hallways.

Lamp didn't work. Apple under bed. Wrappers on floor. Open outlet box in ceiling of kitchen area. No wash clothes. No coffee in lobby or coffee pot in room. No disposable cups. Three of us but only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels.

Booked a, but no clean rooms were available at the time. Decided to wait for them to be cleaned then was informed rooms couldn't be cleaned.

Usual Red Roof Inn. Safe and comfortable.

The evening manager could use a course in Customer Service 101 and grooming.

The staff was pleasant and the property was fairly clean. Nothing fancy, but good for the price.

The beds aren’t very comfortable, and the location of the property felt a little sketchy.
