1.It is closer the airport 2.Late check in was avaiable and smooth 3.It was overall clean and comfortable

Room was not five star, staff did not explain to use key card in room for access to heater and lights. We had to be switched to another room before the staff member mentioned to use key card. First room the light switch was broken see picture. Second room the carpet was torn at the door. Pictures on the website showed a Keurig. No! Keurig was not in room an off brand single coffee maker was there.

Location was relatively convenient, two of the three staff with whom I dealt were courteous and helpful. The drive to the airport was good.

The rug in the room was worn and ripped. The rug at the doorway was worn & frayed, the lotion was empty. One extremely small piece of soap was provided for both the sink and shower.The unhelpful staff member wanted to hear nothing nor help about my issue with my booking reservation.

The pool area was wonderful

The light over the sink WOULD NOT TURN OFF!! We called front office staff multiple times to come fix it but they never came. It was a nuisance to sleep with light on all night.

Located in hotel complex near airport. Free shuttle to airport at 3:30 am. Long term parking at good price.

It was a nice stay, clean room, great location for wanting to get up early and do a rental car return and get to the Airport to fly out early. Also a short walk to some good eating establishment's

The location is perfect if you are straying overnight to fly out of DIA. They run a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes / very efficient.

It has seen better days. The hotel would need a little update to keep up with the trends of the 2020s…. The breakfast (which is free) was only okay, nothing to brag about.

Location to airport was key. The staff was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.

No fridge in rooms and not enough pillows. (Asked for extra pillows and the incredible staff did accommodate).

Desk clerk and shuttle drivers were very attentive to my elderly mother and tried to lighten the spirits of weary travelers

There was no plug for the bathtub. Pillows were to small. No screen on window to prevent bugs from coming into room.

The gentleman at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful! Clean rooms. Comfy bed

Room was clean and beds were fine.

Imagine you show up to a hotel and the wifi is so unusable that it's better to use the one from hotel next door. Shower makes noises like it's about to explode and requires a Doctorate degree to operate in a way to avoid the loudest annoying noise.

Close to Denver Airport. Free shuttle bus.

The room carpet was dirty. It needs to be replaced. The breakfast can be improved. They ran out of coffee. Somebody needs to pay attention. It seems they are always understaffed.

the staff was terrible. I called to get the airport shuttle and they kept giving me run a round and said they were at the airport right where they told me to go in the wind and snow for 45 minutes. then they hung up on me and then a different person answered the phone and said they were on there way. another 25 minutes until I Finally took a taxi. when I got there the shuttle bus was in front and nobody around. the front desk personnel are always in the back room and people would even say anyone there and they wouldn’t answer or come out of the room with an attire. this morning for breakfast a person asked the guy that bringing food if there was more bacon. with an attitude he said no, you should of come earlier.

Wish front desk had quarters for laundry room and wish they would sell laundry soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets!

We stayed there for 2 nights but they didn’t clean up the room and the card key didn’t work on the second night
