Tonya at the front desk helped us track down a travel bag which we discovered had been left in Winter Park. Tonya was very efficient, competent, and gracious...excellent customer service!! Our dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good...menu, food and service...and an enjoyable experience. Johnni and Tyler were very warm, friendly and attentive, and excellent servers!!

Pretty handy place after a long flight, staff at desk were friendly, huge room and bathroom, great water pressure, good WiFi, view out the MASSIVE window was fabulous.

Probably a bit pricey £364 for one night, couldn’t get into the pool area, reported it to front desk. Also had to enquire about an additional charge of £38 added on to the cost paid. I suspect it was for WiFi but as a Marriott member it should have been free… awaiting their response

My flight was delayed through United 3.5 hours, therefore I could not make any connections to get home to Reno. Upon arriving at the hotel at 10:00pm the staff was rude and unwilling to accept the discount code from United. We had to pay the full $800 for a subpar room and then received a cockaroach with our room service meal oder!!! I am going to be contacting the health department this week!

It's super convient to the airport for a nice over night layover. Everything was great, beds were comfy and we slept like babies, even though it was only for 4 hrs, it felt like 8hrs of sleep! great room!!

The room was nice and staying at the airport is great.

Mi biggest issue is that there was no soap in the container in the shower. Are you kidding me? I was soaking wet when I found out. With the amount of money we spent I was infuriated. We had to stay due to our flight from Wyoming being cancelled. Our destination was Orlando. The weather was not good so we drove to Denver. Over $500.00 for a room for a night is ridiculous especially when there was no soap in the shower!!!. I will never pay that amount of money at your hotel again. We had no choice we were exhausted and did not have the energy to look elsewhere for a room.

The receptionist Mr Back. Was the best person I have ever met in the service industry in my 75 years. He exceeded all expectations.

Pricey choice when one is arriving late and leaving early for a 1/2 day stay. (When will our hospitality industry free itself of the 4pm-to-11 am model?)

Bed was great. View was cool. Room service so nice!!

Location is superb and the soundproofing outstanding. The room was very well equipped and comfortable.

Our dinner at the Grill and Vine was very disappointing. The Mahi Mahi was overcooked and therefore very tough. It was served on cold plates and was hot to start with. Our waiter was excellent, and did give us one free dessert as compensation, although the dessert we chose (the flour free opera was awful and certainly didn't even closely resemble a proper "opera" Pattisserie! On top of this the cost was outrageous for such a poor meal.

Very poor set up in room. Old type heating/cooling system. Middle of winter yet could not cool down the warm room. Blower made huge noise. Why over priced.

Location great, being right next to the airport terminal. Spacious comfortable room. Thought the bar at reception level was really good, for although modern and brightly lit, it had a warm and friendly atmosphere!

The Westin was directly across from the airport so super convenient leaving the airport.

It was hard for Uber drivers to find me since it was so closed to the airport.

Room service dinner was good and easy.
