Poor wi-fi. Poor value for the money especially when you had to pay for “better” wi-fi. Frustrating!!

The free shuttle service to and from the airport was priority, that was super simple to schedule.

We had a king suite with sleeper sofa. Our daughter slept on the sofa. In the morning she had 3 bug bites on her arms. They don’t look like bed bug bites, but I still don’t know what they are and we didn’t notice them the night before.

Very clean, close to airport, friendly staff, nice size rooms.

Water pressure is very low in the shower. Beds are pretty firm (not good for side sleepers).

Very expensive for a comfortable but NOT luxury hotel. Plus we requested a ride to the airport at 8:30 am and the driver LEFT at 8:25 after allegedly doing a last call in the lobby (the front lady said). I was there 10 minutes early waiting. Why would the driver LEAVE before the requested/ promised time??

Breakfast satff (male) did nothing to keep guests with coughs from coughing all over the buffet and food. By th he time i realized what was going on i already started to eat. Now 5 days later i sm still sick with a horrible cold that i blame on the unhygienic practices. Wont stay with you again even though i am a Hilton club member for years

We liked the layout of the room and we loved the location and pool.

The beds, couch, bathroom and floors were dirty, and some of the lights didn't work. Front desk staff was difficult to work with. They were always gone and when we called for a shuttle from the airport we couldn't get through. We left voice mails and kept calling back but at 4 to 4:30 am no one was answering the phone.

Front desk staffs can improve service, I waited in line for about 30 minutes trying to check out my purchase from the market, while the other 2 staff members talk. There was one other young lady checking in a large group so she couldn't help me, but she asked the older lady staff and was ignore. The line got really long, about 4 people waiting to check in or make purchases. She skipped me and went to check out the other customer purchase while I was there for about an hour. How ridiculous. I was fed up; & end up putting my purchase back and going back to my room. It is ridiculous how the staff pick and choose who they want to service. I will never stay here again.

Booking site says parking is free for first night and there’s a shuttle. Yet, the hotel charged $10 even for first night of parking and explained shuttle was all booked for a 1 hour window that I needed. Staff didn’t offer accommodations or care on that. We also asked for herbal tea but they said they only had what was out even though there was herbal tea in room and ag breakfast. The hotel is also loud for the area and not as well-maintained as I have experienced with other Home2 hotels in past.

I got stranded in Denver at the last minute. This hotel had free breakfast and a shuttle back to the airport. I arrived with nothing but the front desk clerk helped me with a toothbrush and some mouth wash.

They double charged the "resort fee", the fee was already included in the booking price, but when I was there to check-in the lady on the front desk charge $20.37 for the resort fee plus a $100 refundable security deposit.... After I paid for those two (they do separate charges, even if you use the same card, they did two transactions).... When I realized that I went back to the front desk few minutes after and I asked for the front desk lady why they charged me again once I already paid for and she said the will reimburse me this fee, still waiting (5 days today since that nothing yet)... There was one lady in front of me doing the checkin and she paid this fee as well, looks like this is normal and regular procedure, just keep your eyes open!!
