Clean, quiet rooms, excellent location to metro and food.

Beautiful location on the main street in Alexandria. A short walk or free bus towards the metro station, with easy access to downtown Washington. The hotel is beautiful, comfy rooms and beds.

No free wifi (for non-members), breakfast was just ok but they did not serve any cappuccino (only black coffee). Minor things but for that price you'd expect it.

Location was good, staff was helpful.

Room and facility not up to the standard of other similarly priced hotels in the area, or what I would expect from Hilton Garden. There are too many better-quality hotels in Old Town Alexandria for us to stay here again.

Although it was being remodeled very few services other than onsite laundry were interrupted. The location exceeded my expectations.

On-site laundry was not available and we needed it. Short staffed in the kitchen and food prep area that caused minimal inconvenience

they dont provide free breakfast, and the old town store open so late…so no that much choice for breakfast but pay for hotel breakfast

The location was perfect, the hotel lobby was very nice and the staff was amazing. There is a Whole Foods in Walking distance and DC is 15 minutes in light traffic .

The rooms NEED to be UPDATED!! I HAD mismatched furniture and the rooms look very outdated. Not what I would expect from a Hilton.

It was a paid parking lot and very expensive even though we were staying at the hotel. We park on the street

Great location within easy walking distance to the Train Station (Amtrak & DC Metro) as well as the free King Street Shuttle and transit bus routes. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and tried to accomodate.

I did not receive the room that I had booked. Reserved a King and received a double Queen, was not informed at check in that they were overbooked on King rooms and had to wait until I got into the room to find out. Tried to call down to the front desk but the phone in the room did not work so I went in person. Explained the phone not working and was told it would be address by the next day and not only was it not addressed the next day but was never fixed the entire 4 night stay. Just meant I had to walk down to valet to have my car brought around. Bar/Restaurant was closed for all but breakfast (Covid staffing). Did not ruin the stay but were just things that could have gone better.

The hotel reception had a strong smell of gas, when we reported it we were given 2 different reasons why 1. It always smelt like that? Not good 2. They were having kitchen maintenance? Again not good

well there was a fire and the last night someone seemed it was fun to be active 5 am. Sounded like bowling and stomping the ground. you can hear everything.

They did not provide a blanket for either bed, so we had to turn the heat way up to stay warm. Didn't understand that! I'm sure it's costing them money in the long run.
