The paint/wallpaper in our room. Noise from the hallway/adjoining rooms.Could hear people’s conversations 🤮. Needs a dedicated smoking area. Also restaurant needs a better inclusive diet for people with diet restrictions such as allergies/diabetes.

Location is fabulous. The hotel staff was very nice. The room was very clean.

They have no guest service attendants to take your bag or a valet to park your car. I had to park my car in front of the hotel with my lights flashing, carry my 4 bags up several steps to a luggage cart, push the cart to my room, unload it, and bring in back downstairs. Then I had to move my car to their parking garage and back my car into a tight tandem spot, and return to my hotel room. When you are paying $400 a night, I expect someone to take care of my luggage. Crazy! The room was also extremely small.

The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The food at the hotel was good. It was near the water and old town, shopping and market. 4 miles from Reagan national Airport.

my only recommendation would be that they would have bottles of water in the room On a daily basis

Location was excellent! Super close to Old Town restaurants, the waterfront, retail shops. Hummingbird restaurant is great. Courtyard seating is great.

No complimentary breakfast. Mice scurrying around the courtyard visible while eating.

We loved the location, it was within walking distance to our favorite destination, The Fish Market Restaurant and all of the other Old Town shops. Parking was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll make this our hotel stay whenever we travel to Old Town Alexandria!

There was no microwave in the room for heating up leftovers from dinner and the one in the Hummingbird was unavailable after their kitchen closed.

We liked how is was so close to the water and it was modern feel to the hotel but not to big it felt very comfortable and welcoming. We really liked brunch the next morning and got a great seat next to the window and could people watch as we ate.

We somehow thought there was a roof top lookout.

Our stay was really quiet. We truly appreciate the hospitality and level of interaction with the staff. They were very helpful. Great location and place to chill and connect with your spouse.

It truly breaks my heart that I had to report this because my entire time was excellent. My wife and I were celebrating a special event and important occasion. I booked it through booking.Com and requested a bottle of wine and glasses in our room to surprise my wife. I also got a confirmation from them via email that they had confirmed it with the hotel. We got to our room and there was nothing there as requested. This was truly heartbreaking as I really wanted to surprise my wife See the email response below. Please help me rectify this. Expected the bathroom would have better ventilation. Room would get steamy and mirror steamed up. But not the end of the world.

Most of the front desk people were very helpful and friendly.

There was front desk lady that was very short with us when we told her there was an issue with the elevator, and did nothing to help us figure it out.

Lauren was the Best!!! And the garage employee too. They both definitely were the outstanding employees of the Month!!!! They deserve a bonus!!! Over all we had a great stay. Will be coming back New Year 🥳

There was an alarm clock in the room which obviously had an alarm set for 5.58 h from the last guest in this room. So we were sitting straight at 5.58 in our bed and didn't know what was going on. Unfortunately after that I couldn't get back to sleep. Next morning reception person said, he was sorry for that..at least they could have offered breakfast or whatever for the inconvenience.
