Staff is friendly and allows late check in. Brian and Fernando were very helpful and patient in answering all my questions. The breakfast was fresh and rooms were clean.

Appearance of property could be nicer but the rooms are simple and clean.

Bed was comfortable. Owner was nice. He was trying.

Used hypodermic needles in view. Swimming pool was completely filthy. I couldn't quit thinking about guests dirty hands to get ice. No scoop no push button dispenser.

My expectations were pretty low going into this, however, it was even worse than I expected. It is very old and run-down and there was construction/repair going on all over the property. It looked like a construction site. The room didn't look like it had been updated since the place opened (probably in the 60s). Room needed new carpet and a deep clean. We bought a blanket to lay over the bead because we were afraid to lay on the old comforter on the bed. Batteries in remote were dead. Ice machine was not working - they said they hadn't de-winterized it yet. Pool wasn't open yet and full of dirt and debris. If this place was in a bad part of town, I would have certainly gone to a different place. Chose this place based on reviews, so, not sure why the reviews are fairly good. Hate to write bad reviews, but, unfortunately, this place is deserving of it. Owner(s) needs to invest some money to update/clean up the rooms.

The room was clean and continental breakfast was minimal (due to covid) but coffee was good. The staff were very friendly and security was good with cameras in the parking lot.

There was construction going on that made the motel look run down, but the staff explained what repairs were going on, so it made more sense.

Fernando was very nice. The satin top sheet on the bed was a nice touch.

The mini-fridge was tiny! I had to rotate things in and out because all my food didn't fit. And I didn't realize that it was unplugged. I put things in when I got to my room, then left. I came back and realized that it's not cold in there.

Continental breakfast was something to be desired. Entrance and exit from property was not easy.

it was superclean and very uncomplicated and simpel. we really liked it there and will stay there again for a night on our way back from Cali to Washington!
