Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay. Highly recommend

Staff very friendly, loved the area and my dog stayed with me and the room was perfect and didn't smell like pets. I loved the full fridge and comfortable bed. Loved treats for dog at front desk.

Room didn't get as cool as I would like. I would like available coffee and cream .

The excercise room, free laundry room use, kitchenette, toiletries, quiet location and good view. Love the fact that they were dog friendly. The receptionist were friendly.

The ice maker in the freezer did not work, the coffee maker is very cheap, coffee reservoir was difficult to close and the frying pan should be thrown away. The nonstick surface is severely damaged and not safe to use.

When I stayed here before, the "incidentals" deposit was $50, temporarily held from my debit card bank account. This time the deposit was $250. There was no warning that this was going to be 5 times higher than last time. I was returning from a long trip where the deposits were, respectively, $50 in Baltimore, returned the next day; $25 at another Candlewood for 2 nights in Newark DE, returned in 2 days; and $100 in an upscale hotel on Capitol Hill in Washington DC which was returned within hours of checkout, so it isn't the bank. I was also running short on cash, so this hold made things difficult and it wasn't released for 5 days: in essence, the room cost $400 until the funds were released.. I don't think I can afford to stay here in the future.
