Staff was incredibly supportive of my needs. The hotel room was very nice and in a good location.

Bed could be softer and the doors are incredibly loud. You can feel doors closing from down the hall.

Not enough illumination

Las habitaciones estaban más bonitas en fotos, pagamos una suite junior por el comfort y nisiquiera nos limpiaron la habitación, aunque pasamos el día fuera del hotel, llegamos y estaba todo como lo dejamos nisiquiera toallas limpias y tuvimos que llamar para sábanas extras, se supone que nos recibirían con aperitivos de bienvenida pero no recibimos nada, el bar estaba cerrado por remodelacion y nisiquiera nos avisaron cosa que importante por la que nos alojamos en este lugar, la verdad venden un servicio que no ofrecen.

Super hôtel proche de toutes commodités ! Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute et avons été très surprises par la qualité de la chambre !! Super lit très confortable, belle et grande salle de bain. Personnel à l’écoute et très compréhensif Je recommande cet hôtel à 100%!

Spacious room

Forgot some shirts in the room. Called 2 hours after we checked out and they said they would check but it was impossible to get them back. Super unhelpful staff, talked to them 4 times, then I gave up since no one was able to go look in the room ever, nor was there ever a „high enough manager“ who could handle the issue. The house keeping said they couldn‘t find anything which is simply a lie. Also, on two days there was dog poop in the hallway and then we got accused twice (twice!) that it was from our dog. Our dog is a well trained service animal (!) that doesn’t do this. It‘s ridiculous! Cannot recommend this property at all mainly due to the staff

Belle chambre pour ma famille

We used to love the Tillary but it’s definitely gone down hill. Very sad. Location is the only benefit.

The staff were very rude - front desk, the bar person was terrible… we asked for fresh towels and it took two days? Then we went to the front desk to ask for coffee and they couldn’t give it to us and asked housekeeping (again), still nothing.
