Food was wonderful, the host and manager on staff were wonderful, our server was ok. The front desk staff Ciera and Thomas were amazing! They were so attentive, kind, fun, genuine, and had the best customer service.

There was not a fridge and microwave, we would have loved to have a fridge to store water.

Hotel, location and staff were great

I booked this room for my sister to take my daughter to a convention. I had prepaid for the room, but the hotel charged my sister's credit card $50 which they said was standard and would be promptly refunded once they confirmed there was no damage to the room. That was 3 weeks ago and they still have not refunded it despite speaking with hotel staff and management more than once. They assured her it would be taken care of. There was never a question that anything was damaged. I don't agree with the policy of charging as insurance and then having to do a refund.

Downtown location close to everything is a huge plus. It was very clean, modern, and spacious. The touches of art throughout the hotel add a sense of class that can be hard to find these days. This extended to the room as well.

I didn't like having to take two separate elevators to get to my room each time. Bit of a pain. The front swindel doors were also down forcing people to push their way in. Room service could also practice a little more attention to detail.

Drain did not work, coffee maker did not work and staff did not care when told I would like a refund as this room was quite expensive and did not have the amenities available that were promised

The room was clean, well-kept, and modern. I first thought the hotel was well cared for, and the room layout was aesthetically appealing. The bedroom had a desk for working, the curtains blocked the sun when closed, and the bathroom was comfortable. The bathroom came with two-level shower heads with excellent water pressure. The shower had a nice feature, with the on/off separated from the shower head. There were plenty of outlets for mobile devices, and connection to the internet was a simple process. The floors were clean, and the room smelled pleasant. The room was quiet and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.

There was nothing to report that was adverse to the stay.

Staff at the hotel were nice and friendly. The food was excellent breakfast and dinner tried.

AC unit may not be working at night as felt hot and humid. Log of noise due to FBLA students and also the room next to elevator.

hotel didn’t have the best bar. needs a Starbucks. went to the Westin for coffee. didn’t like always having to go to floor 2 prior to room floor. first elevator should have the keypad. if you have a key, scan it and go to room floor. if no key, floor 2

Efficiency did not extend to breakfast. Food only average and service poor. Better to use the food court across the street.
