Spacious rooms, very clean, super friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast (the best to compared to other similar hotels)
design of the bathroom facilities - the sink is outside of the washroom… but I guess it was designed like this for some purpose

Checkin the key card wasn’t working on two occasions m. Maintenance had to come and fix it.

A refund was processed when we checked out, twenty minutes after checking in.
Wifi was useless, and instead of receiving assistance from an onsite employee, we were directed to call an offshore company who insisted we provide them enough information they could access our files on our laptops..not gonna happen. We resigned ourselves to not being able to get our work done, but when we discovered bugs in the bed, that was it- we left and requested a refund. It took a full week to have the authorization fall off our account. That was pretty inconvenient since we had to rent another room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful
The pool had green moss in it and it smelled like mildew. Most hotels you can smell the chlorine right away but I couldn’t smell any kind of chlorine at all. I liked that it was heated but I just couldn’t get over the smell.

The breakfast was okay. The staff was nice upon check in.
My room was right next to the pool. There were very noisy people in there. The pool was supposed to close at 10, but they didn’t get out until 11.

this property needs some serious tlc.. the furniture is well worn, numerous stains on the couch, the tile in the shower is buckled and is an eyesore, the bathroom door drags the floor and doesn't shut.
I stayed at this location several times a few years ago and it was lovely, fresh, clean and well maintained, like I said, needs some serious tlc. The lobby is very blah, no one to greet you, even the decor and furniture needs some replacement.

we booked a two bed, sofa bed room and they cancelled our booking so we had to sleep in king room. being a family of six it was tight. said they would fix it next day and no wasn’t fixed. reached out to gm. still haven’t heard from him.

The waiters at the front desk are friendly, the room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is very good
The cleaning staff did not replace new washing supplies and quilt covers, the washing supplies are leftover! There is dirt on the quilt cover

We had to do toilet repairs, the paint was peeling in rooms bathroom, the pool heater was broken and so much mold in the pool area

The location.
The hall had a bad odor. It was old an outdated. Someone dog was barking all night. There was no air working.

Nothing!
The first room wasn't totally Clean! The pool wasn't available, the surrounding area was under construction, homeless people were at the entrance driving up to hotel.I wasn't happy and very uncomfortable being a 66yr.old women.I stayed only one night ,instead of the 3 night booking.
