Cockroaches and Bed bugs! And the manager said I was lying and said that I brought them. The rooms are trashed and disgusting. I didn’t even stay the whole time because it’s a run down drug hotel by the looks of some of the people hanging outside. Will not go back.

I didn't like the whole stay I got charged for 3 days and stayed one I stay in hotels this is terrible and I'm not going to just go for this billshit I trust these apps why would they take me here

I was in town to visit my Father who was a patient in Union Hospital and the Statesman was located practically right next door! Less than a five minute walk

no Wi-Fi in my room,no premium TV channels

The individual checking .me in was friendly and polite

They advised me the water heater out..be fixed ..it wasn't like I was told ..the room was freezing .. smelled awful..I checked in at 11 am ish..and decided to sleep.and leave to find a hot shower ..I will go back and get my deposit for the key

Location was pretty quiet and easy parking but that's the only decent thing about this place.

Don't stay here! Room smells worse than a sweaty locker room and don't dare take your shoes off and walk on the carpet their nasty. King bed was basically on the floor, super flat pillows pretty non existent and cigarette burn holes and stains all over the bedding! And if that's not bad enough staff is rude as hell! Had no soap and only 1 towel for 2 people and staff don't care of your needs cuz their dirty themselves walking around with no shoes on and don't mind the filth, they actually got an attitude and yelled in my face for my complaints. Not worth the money or your peace of mind! Get a different hotel or sleep in your car would be better than here! Bathroom is gross, pealing paint on tub and ceiling tiles peeling about to fall in.
