Elaine is a very kind and helpfull host, she gave us suggestions about what to visit and how to move in L.A. The house is very beautiful and strategic position in Hollywood. Elaine gave also to us a pass to park in the street right in front of the house. The breakfast was delicious.

The Bed and Breakfast is in a great location, close to the main sites of Hollywood but far enough away to feel relaxing. We used walking, the bus network and ubers to get around, we were easily able to access the hike up to Griffith observatory and Warner brothers studios which are a little further away without a car. The room was brilliant, we had a beautiful sun terrace that was perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

Communication with Elaine was great and she's a good host.

We killed 4 spiders and 2 were particularly nasty. That made us look at the room further and it wasn't clean. We would have also like to borrow the washing machine, but was refused.

Elaine was so gracious and hospitable, and we enjoyed her home. Our room upstairs, the Pink Room, was very spacious for our family of two parents and two older teens. We even had our own deck overlooking the backyard garden. The air conditioning and fan kept us comfortable in the summer heat. Breakfast with Elaine was also lovely—she had a variety of breads, pastries, fruit, cheese, and cereal along with coffee (including decaf) and tea.

Wonderful stay at Elaine's. Elaine was a great hostess, just ask and she'll have lots of tips for your stay in LA. Quiet street between Hollywood and Sunset Blvds, great location. Nice continental breakfast every morning with the other guests. Very reasonably priced for LA as well.

The house is at an exceptional location, safe and nice street in middle of Hollywood. The house itself is beautiful and spacious. The room was nice, clean and comfortable with private bathroom. Our host Julia was super helpful and nice! All together we felt like visiting a friend!

Great hosting! Elaine bought in a great selection of pastries, fruit, cereals and even gluten-free bread and pastries for my partner. Location is perfect-a few mins walk to both Sunset Blvd & Hollywood Blvd.

Great location, 10 minutes from Hollywood walk of fame, close to public transport (train and bus). Room was clean and comfortable. Elaine provided a lovely breakfast and gave very helpful tips for our time in LA.

Staying with Elaine was lovely, almost like staying with a member of the family. It was lovely to sit down to breakfast with Elaine and the other guests and have a chat. A very friendly and homey atmosphere. The house is quite close to a number of local attractions like the AMC Chinese Theatre and The Grove Shopping Mall. Great restaurants and cafes were only a couple of blocks away.

- lovely house located just 30 min walk from walk of fame and 1hr walk from Beverly Hills. - plenty of different restaurants within 5 min walk from the property - great host always willing to help - nice breakfast - lovely dog that lives in the house, Dolly - the dog that doesn’t bark and only enhances experience - not noisy, quiet street and felt safe even in the evening

bed was a bit small but we got used to it quickly

really homely and welcoming. Perry was incredible and such a good host. Dolly was such a lovely little dog which was brilliant as we are missing our pup whilst travelling. fantastic location also!!

Nothing at all. was a fantastic stay. the only shame (not a criticism at all!!) was that Elaine was away at the time as she sounds a fantastic woman and would have been fantastic to meet her!!

Elaine is a wonderful host and the location is excellent, in a quiet historic neighborhood walking distance to almost everything you'd want to see in Hollywood!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location honestly couldn’t have been better; it was on a quiet street within walking distance of a number of attractions, restaurants, and shops, and a quick bus ride away from most others (and the bus stop was a very short walk up the street). Our bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was so delightful that I easily could’ve stayed in for quite a bit longer if not for the statewide drought! Elaine was very pleasant to chat with and had no shortage of suggestions for things to see, do, and eat. Our room was very large and we so enjoyed having a large balcony where we could relax outdoors between activities. We’ll absolutely look to stay there again the next time we’re in the area!
