No ice maker on floor, no in room coffee

this is a party hotel, which I wasn’t aware of. they have loud parties until lateeeeee, we’ll past 2am, and that makes sleeping tough. the WiFi is not strong at all and made working in the room difficult. you can get food delivered to your room but not coffee. you have to go to the lobby for coffee, where it is (no joke) $9. really wish I had stayed somewhere else!

The location was amazing and the hotel itself was great! Staff were kind. The rooftop was lovely.

The fact that we couldn’t get a bottle of wine at the roof because it was “club prices” at 2pm… $400 for a bottle of wine? Even the server said she didn’t know why. Put a very sour taste in our mouths.

They gave away my room before I got there and gave me another room. Then had to move on day 2

The hotel is a slight anomaly to me in that the staff dont seem to care about the guest experience at all. Its a pity for such a nice place

The room was comfortable and the hotel is nice. Centrally located to the Walk of Fame, lots of dining/entertainment options.

The hotel staff was nice when you could find them. There was a wait to check in when I arrived because no one was at the front desk. Later, when I tried calling the front desk no one answered, I called room service and no one answered, and finally I called the outside line and waited for 10 minutes before someone answered. The hotel doesn't provide coffee or tea in the room. You have to go to the lobby (room service doesn't answer) to get your own. If you drink tea, you're out of luck. You'll be charged $5 per cup - if the barista is there, which he's not always. You may have to walk down the street to the nice cafe on the corner to get a cup as I did.

Top Lage und sehr viele Kleinigkeiten die man heute nicht mehr oft findet. Z.B.: Gratis Kaffee bis 11:00, Gratis Getränke im Gym, Gratis Wasser am Pool,…

Der Parkservice hat 60 Dollar pro Tag gekostet und 200m entfernt liegt ein Parkahazs für 17 Dollar/ Tag.

They have a night club on the roof that opens at 10pm and goes to 2am. If you are staying on the 9th floor as I was you will be kept up from the loud music from the night club.

Pesimo hotel! La peor estancia de mi vida. El robot era más amable que el personal. La manager nocturna keela, una prepotente, y grosera. No dan aguas de cortesia. Y cuando se las piden dicen que pagando, la noche cuesta 240 dlls y ni te dan eso. No ayudaron con las maletas. Y cuando llegamos no habia nadie en recepción, tuvimos que esperar mas de media hora para ser atendidas. Muy ruidoso y ambiente medio peligroso. Muchos borrachos y homeless. No se queden aqui!

de lobby binnenkomst is leuk, je hotelkamer met open douche is ook mooi. Je hebt op het dak wel uitzicht op het hollywood sign

Het zwembad was gesloten want er was de avond daarvoor een event geweest, de volgende dag was het zwembad en hele rooftop gesloten omdat t wat waaide, en de dag dat we vertrokken was het zwembad wel open maar echt niet verwarmd water dus hadden we alsnog niks aan het verblijf daar, ik Voelde me wel in de maling genomen. We boekte het omdat je heerlijk daar boven op de rooftop verwacht te kunnen relaxen en zwemmen maar dat was zeker niet t geval.

There was no concierge. We have to bring our luggages up to the room and bring it down ourselves.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The location wqs perfect you have everything around you! They even give you free pass for the highlight room on a party night 😎

Room service delivery was slow to the point I went down to get my self a bucket of ice 🙃. No room slippers were available.

Very clean hotel and nice staff

It is no fault of the property, but there was a lot of homeless in the surrounding areas of the hotel. As a female solo traveler, I did not feel safe walking alone in the surrounding blocks of the hotel. The hotel did have security at the entrance

Do not stay at this hotel if you want to sleep anytime before 2.30am, a new club has opened next door and the rooms are not sound proofed at all. I could literally feel the bass from the music vibrating through my entire body. It’s such a shame as it’s a nice hotel but for me the main function of a hotel is having a place to sleep and it’s impossible to sleep here.

It is a very nice facility and it is convenient for those who want to go out at night. There are a couple clubs around including the rooftop it has. There are also food trucks around the corner that have good food.

Parking was very expensive. Clubs near by can be a little too loud

The lobby, rooftop, and location!

Bedside lamp was not working. After reporting and waiting for engineer, nothing was done. Samsung Large LCD had a large bright spot (bad pixels) on it.

This hotel is beautiful we were very impressed and staff were excellent
