The room view was nice and the huge shower was awesome.

There were no soda vending machines on the floor. We did not know we were on a pet friendly floor and there was a barking dog next door that barked for about 30 before finally settling down.

It needs more entertainment like music, live bands

The property had an on site restaurant that was good including the service there. It is also in a nice location for our needs. I did like that they had security checking ids and information before people could get on the elevator.

When I arrived a little after 4 I was told my room wasn’t ready but they did take my number to call me when it was. The initial staff didn’t have good customer service, she was uninviting. Yet, after waiting 30 minutes and talking with another person she was a lot more helpful than the first person I talked to. The room was just okay for the price. Nothing spectacular in comparison to other places I have stayed in for this price. It had a stuffy smell which is expected because you can smoke in the casino area.

The wow factor! Front desk service was amazing. I liked and disliked the fact you have to show your ID to go to your room & if there are more than one staying you both have to show it & then you still have to scan your room key to select a floor after all that.

Decided to stay here for our anniversary. You have to track down valet if you want it, the line at the bakery place is a seriously long wait and poor service. Need more than one person doing everything. The sheets were a bit stiff and just didn’t feel like good quality for the price of the stay. Had to ask for extra towels for our 3 night stay. The towels are very rough and not gentle on those with sensitive skin. not really a fan of the closet light turning on and off at random times during the night. wifi service was basically non existent and without it you have no service on the hotel side. never once was offered drinks while playing. Not sure if we’re gonna stay here again.The Beau Rivage where we stayed at for our last trip was amazing, so much shopping, so many places to eat, upgraded our room to a stay well suite. Towels and sheets were so soft and great quality. think we will be going back there.

Great Security

it was all GREAT. we love to stay there.

We didn’t get breakfast l had made reservations for our anniversary dinner on Friday night 10th. My husband and I both ordered steak and we asked for them to be cooked well done. Both were sent back to be recooked my still came back medium well. However, my steak was taken off the bill.

Upon arrival at 3:45pm a long line, pre registration and email you could not check in before 4:00pm. I really wasn’t registered as I had to register and they were only two rooms available. Requested room wasn’t available and/or not ready so I took what was available / ready. Water pressure in the bathroom was so low. The smell of sewage in the room

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There was no microwave in the room so lots of expensive food was wasted.

I loved the ambience, the beds were comfortable, we had a beautiful view 🪟, and I absolutely love 💞 the large shower 🚿!!
