Loved it all

The location was phenomenal! We loved being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves crash. The sunsets were breathtaking. The unit has been updated and was even nicer than the photos depict.

The various building codes and keyed entries made things a little confusing, but nothing we couldn't manage.

Clean, friendly staff, location of property, view of gulf from room, fully stocked kitchen, kitchen and bathroom supplies, games and children.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable and need to be replaced. I would stay in this unit again if the beds were replaced. I would even pay a little more since the beds were the only complaint. I did not get a good night’s sleep. I tried all three beds. All need to be replaced.

The location and private beach area is phenomenal. The unit might be a bit dated, but it's easily overshadowed by the beautiful view of sunsets and crystal clear waters. The TV was a little tricky to figure out in the living room but once we had it working it was fine.

The different codes needed for the elevator, beach access, and pool access was a but cumbersome. However, I completely understand the reasoning behind it and welcomed the security.

The view OMG was amazing. The location was right on the beach, I could live there. Everyone was amazed. There was more room than I thought, there is also a sofa bed. How open the kitchen was and all of the utensils for adult drinks were great!!

I wish there was a hot tub on the property itself.

Great location. Close to restaurants, balcony overlooked the beach. It was tastefully decorated.

The elevator operation was tedious and required several steps in an appropriate sequence to operate it. It was a security feature but it was awkward and over-done.

This condo was perfect in every sense of the word. The condo has been updated since the pictures that are posted and it's modern clean simple and beautiful and super comfortable. We are a family of 5 with three children and you had plenty of room. As soon as you walk out on the balcony you are going to wish you booked a few more days, honestly gorgeous, view perfect, sunset spectacular. Everything is super close the fact that you can walk everywhere and keep your vehicle parked in a garage out of the sun BONUS!

Kitchen utensil are not clean. Up stair kid was running all day but better after calling to owner.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach and the pool.

The facilities were not very clean. The carpet was dirty and the vents and fans had visible dirt and dust...obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

quality of paper products, motel 6 has better TP, kitchen paper towels were very cheap!! Having no one on site to talk too about the room. Décor not beachy, looked like an Italian villa, not a beach condo, too much heavy dark furniture, the photos show a totally different condo, the condo is like the photos. If i had seen the photos of the actual furniture doubt if i would have rented? Don't get me wrong, it was nice, just not what i expected, Hard to get your beach vibe when you expect to see a vineyard looking out the window based on the furniture!! Need a guide book for the area, location of important places, Food, urgent care....
