Great location , right on the beach.

Very old, falling apart , completely neglected house. No blinds on bedroom windows, dryer doesn’t work, no water pressure in the kitchen, the grill was completely rusted and cover falling off, (the owners replaced the grill after the complaint we made ), cookware rusted and peeling ( also got replaced), kitchen counters are taped with duct tape , the list goes on …

Location was perfect

The view was quite phenomenal, in a fairly good location

At first glance, it didn’t look too bad… but upon further investigation, there were many questionable things around the house. The first thing I noticed water dripping from the can light in the kitchen. After taking a glance up the stairs, there was a painting hanging from the wall with double sided tape ??? Besides the loose door frame, exposed wires, the glass bathroom door, and the door IN the bathroom that leads to a wall… it wasn’t TOO shabby until we came home after a heavy rain and there was water coming out of the can light AND the vent this time… pretty wild. I would give this home a solid 6/10

I loved everything else about this beach house loved the view the looks inside and out great family house

The ceiling in the master bedroom with the king bed the roof leaked when it rained and the sliding doors didn't lock

It really needs updating. It looks like they have started remodeling, but it isn’t in great shape.

The location was nice lots to seashells everywhere and not alot of people.

The entire house was dirty like the shower was absolutely nasty the lights didnt work throughout half the house the shower light has a dead lizard in It and keeps flickering and the king bed has a blood stain on the matress I seen because the sheets arnt the right size for the bed so they kept rising up there was only 1 kayak not 2 and it didnt even have a paddle and was covered in ants on that note the whole house is infested with ants also there was no umbrella supplied by you and the stairs going up to the second floor is barely still working and theres obvious extreme water damage to the front door and thorough the house. Also the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didnt work at all we found the box fans though thank goodness.
