The pool was comfortable and inviting, my daughter loves she could jump in and have a good time. An the breakfast was wonderful, plenty to choose from.
We stayed on the forth floor, and the AC wasn't working it the hallway. We immediately turned our AC down in our room, it only made it down to 73 before we went to bed about 6 hrs later. Going in and out made the room get even hotter. By the time we woke up the AC finally made it down to a comfortable temperature. Pillow not comfy at all. They tried to change our room 2 times, but the first was on the bottom floor, and sounded like a herd of elephants above. The other was on the 3rd floor, when i opened the door all you could smell was animal urine and a musky odor in the bathroom. So we just sucked it up and kept the room we had on 4th floor. All the staff could say was I am sorry, and I HOPE YOU ENJOYED YOUR STAY.....

We stay at this hotel on our way to Ormond Beach, FL each year. It is a great location for us. The staff has always been efficient and friendly.

Ran out of breakfast over an hour before breakfast ended and people relying on the breakfast as perk to book the hotel.

Staff was welcoming with high energy. They appeared to love their job! Very accommodating. Breakfast was great. The staff working the breakfast bar was exceptional. The room was spacious, beds were fresh and comfortable.
The smell of the room wasn't bad but wasn't pleasing either. Maybe the drapery or carpet could use a cleaning. The shower head could have been cleaned as well. Not major issues, the stay was still great but these were noticeable during my stay.

The suite that we booked was perfect! The pull out couch area was perfect for our two older kids who felt they had their own space, the breakfast bar was plentiful and the pool was clean!
When we booked the room the hotel said they provided cribs, when we got there they said they didn’t have any, so it did cause us to have a long restless night with our baby

Location
The rooms were not clean. I went from a double bed room to a king suite because of the bathroom not being clean, mirror dirty, and sunflower seeds and toenails on the floor. The supposedly clean towel had black stains all over it along with the walls in the shower. The king suite had trash all under the pull out bed and a dildo behind the chair. I didn't take a picture of it but notified the person up front, and she was not surprised at all. Since I booked the room with a third party, they wanted me to call them to tell them about my experience. Call the hotel back to see if they found it, and she said it wasn't there. I had I didn't get a picture, but they don't ever have to worry about my services anymore.

The spacious rooms with a fold out sofa. The rooms are very clean and nice. The pool water was a little warm but it’s July understand my grandchildren had a blast. Good memories.

To small of a sitting area for breakfast. At 9:20 they staff that was doing breakfast came and said that it was shutting down at 9:30 and there was still a line of people waiting for food.

The location was good. Right off of I-75
Dogs that were not service animals, were allowed in the breakfast area. Staff wasn't very friendly. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Room could of been cleaner ( lots of dust and mold in bathroom)

The breakfast area was clean and an adequatre breakfast was prepared. The staff person was very attentive to keeping the breakfast bar stocked and tidy. I liked the bacon and the waffle offering. There was a selection for anyone to get their day started.
no complaints on my part as there was something to make you a breakfast whether fruit, toast or cereal etc.

The breakfast, coffee was fantastic/lifesaver. The room was perfect for me and my daughter and it was very clean and comfortable.
The only thing that could have been better was the price, but I’d say it was worth it.
