The staff at the front desk were excellent.
Some of the plumbing did not work well. Many signs of partial repairs to walls etc.

besides a few of the house keepers nothing whole place is just entirely not worth your money plus they’ll steal your money and give you no vailed explanation it’s a terrible business the way it’s being ran it’s dirty it’s run down and they are definitely not safe or up to code there there’s constantly issues with everything in the building and they have multiple pest issues even so much that they’re own staff would talk about it and say how certain floor are gross and busted and bug ridden my room had fleas in my bed and when I told the front desk they did nothing took my deposit and told me to leave and tried to say the fleas came from me and that the room was trashed when there was no mess or damage and then when the manager heard me complaining about the situation he up and left and refused to give me deposit back then they changed the story after i asked them to show me the mess and the damage as to why I wasn’t getting my deposit back and they said I couldn’t get my deposit back because of traffic not mess and the fleas when I spent all my time in the room or walking my dog around the property
do not spend your money here they will steal from you and it’s not worth what they charge

Beside the breakfast that was better than the appearance, and upkeep of the hotel. Your hotel needs a lot of tender loving care on the inside and outside. Employees may need voice, and speech control or theaphy. Some personal training when dealing with staff, and how to handle the public with care.

Ghetto hotel and rude staff specially the manager Door locks on the room didn't even work and I had to leave my room unlocked when I left I book a double bet they only gave me a single bet and refuse to give me any refund I book a double bed they only gave me a single bed and refused to give me any refund

The doors didn’t lock, so you didn’t need a key to go to your room; it’s like anyone could’ve been in your room without you knowing it, it felt unsafe

I liked the location for the proximity to my family
I received a room that had not been cleaned and contained hospital discharge papers in addition to dirty clothes from previous occupant. Second room given was cleared, but did not smell, feel or look fresh at all.

the staff was very rude when we got there. went right to bed because it was so late woke up in the morning the bed was loaded with bed bugs told the staff and was told thank you for letting us know the room was filthy dirty. i will never stay there again.

The location is about the only thing I liked about it . Close to restaurants, shopping, etc.
The staff was absolutely HORRID. The young lady that was another we asked for an extra blanket when we were checking in, to the 2 that was working and obviously didn't get the memo that I was approved for a late checkout (by the owner), called me and told me if I wasn't checked out by 11,my stuff would be outside! Not to mention the pool looked infested with std's!

They gave us a reservation and couldn’t find a room the second night we had to find another hotel after we booked it

Left after first night front desk said we were not elegable for the breakfast even though we had payed for it.
We were moved twice loud chirping in first room. Asked by front desk if we could change the battery to fire alarm no ladder and impossible to reach. Second room rug dirtysink cracked and commode top thin and commode rattled all night.

A continental breakfast isn't boiled egg's cut in half with sausage links. No syrup for the waffle maker. Don't even know if it worked. Would not stay here again.

I liked the young man who checked me in and was working until 11p. I appreciate the rooms being side by side.
There was black mold in the ceiling in the bathroom in rm 218 that I was in. The air conditioner leaked in the middle of the night making the carpet wet and causing the room to have an odor once it dries. The locking sensor on rm 218 was broken so when closing the door it wouldn't close unless we locked it from the inside so, that was an unsafe situation. We had no phone in our room so the only way we would have been able to get help from the front desk would have been to come downstairs. The sheets weren't as clean as I have seen them in the past and they stated that there would be breakfast but, when my kids went downstairs to get something everything was already gone and it was only 9:30a. I will never stay at this location again. Since the new management took over it is not the sleep inn it was in the past.
