It was a great house and spacious for our group. I love that it was also pet friendly. I loved the detail of host leaving some snacks and water bottles for us on our arrival date.

The carpet in the living room was dirty looking or very worn. The doors to the laundry were broken. The yard and the grass could have been kept. Also, I and a couple of the guests were met with a couple of baby roaches in the bathroom.

Location and cleanliness were great

Convenient to get to both Busch Gardens and Ybor which is exactly what we were looking for. And very nice to come back to at the end of the day! Spacious enough for family, but quaint enough  for a couple to just get away. Everything we needed was right there in the home for us including washer and dryer which was a huge perk.  Host was wonderful about getting back to us with any questions right away and making sure we received everything we needed to know. Absolute bonus that it was also dog friendly. Would definitely rebook!

The house looked very bad out side. The grass was about 10 inches tall. Disappointed!.
