Clean and comfortable- Coffee in room. Adjacent restaurant is absolutely fantastic - one of the best meals and desserts I've ever had. Great location for visiting Mt. Rainier.
The shower didn't stay hot long. If we had been there longer, I'm sure they would have resolved the issue, but we were only there two nights and I didn't have time to bring to their attention.

Location is fantastic and that's the only thing that justifies the price. Room was clean, personnel very nice. We went during the summer, plenty of things to do so didn't have high expectations anyway. The view was nice. Large windows.
Small space, we literally stepped on each other feet. The space is quite small, the furniture is outdated. It was hard to place 2 cups of coffee and a bagel somewhere, anywhere! The loft had minuscule steps and such a slow ceiling we constantly hit our heads. Don't expect too much except a bed to sleep.

Location. Friendly, helpful staff.
Buildings are dated, rooms are small.

Quicksilver room was much newer and refurbished than the room we stayed in at the Village Inn. Liked the fact there were ski lockers
No staff on site other than cleaners. Noise from Game Room super loud starting at 6 pm (pounding feet). Room smelled like pot upon check in. Could use more clothing hooks in room and microwave.

Great location-5 minute walk to lifts.

A short hike and you're at the lifts. The common room was nice when it wasn't occupied with lots of people speaking loudly or children running around. The staff was polite and happily helped with any request but not professionally trained.
The price!!!!!! The rooms are equivalent to a 3rd rate roadside motel. The bathroom is so small there is no room for a sink. You have to wash your hands in the food prep area. The water pressure was weak making for a frustrating experience after a day on the slopes. The room was not professionally cleaned. A used towel hung on the hook on the back of the door. No checking for burned out lightbulbs or garbage under the beds.

Facility needs updating at that price point.

The location is very convenient and the staff was helpful.
This hotel is over priced. I understand it's at the bottom of a ski resort but it felt more like a hostel than an actual hotel. You could mitigate some of these feelings by offering complimentary breakfast or some other kind of perk. Also, consider adding a hot tub somewhere.

Good location for Sunrise area of Mt. Rainier. Helpful staff. Simple but adequate breakfast provided in the nearby restaurant.
The facility is a bit shopworn. The room balcony had a great view of the parking lot.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Probably good for someone skiing. It is old and shabby. You have no alternative but to eat at the restaurant on the premises as anything else is an hour away. $20.00 for a hamburger and chips. There is construction going on. Parking is on a gravel road. The gondola was closed. I was going to stay at an Airbnb in the town. Wish I had. I could not cancel the second day in time as it is impossible to contact booking.com. I had two nights stay but left after the first night.

The food truck near the gondola helped with the limited options at the on-site restaurant. (There's no other option for 30 minutes.)
I don't think this property has been updated since the 1950s. (The lack of electrical outlets was especially galling.) Offering a breakfast that starts at 7 am is ridiculous given that most semi-serious visitors to Rainier National Park need to leave before then to get parking at the trailheads.

Proximity to the resort. Dining at Alpine Inn / Snorting Elk can be a fun experience (once or twice). Proximity to the resort. The Pacman table in the lodge was a throwback to my childhood my kids got to share. Did I mention proximity to the resort?
A single family owns just about every service provider on the mountain. Apparently their monopoly will never be challenged because no new commercial development is being planned. Without any competition they don't have to provide service above bare minimum. Beds are uncomfortable. Rooms are cramped. Don't mind the 1960s charm, but towels and linens and mattresses should be upgraded every decade or so... bathrooms and interiors every two decades or so.

The stuff was very nice and the location was amazing
The room was kind of creepy, and dirty. Our towels had hair on them and the bedding was kinda scratchy. The room was clearly very old, and the frame of the bed was covered in dust and hair and just dirt. Overall it was just very uncomfortable room to be in so we left a day early because we just couldn’t get any rest there. Also wifi was just really really bad

Location was nice, right in front of Crystal Mountain.
The room was bellow average, the building is old. The bathroom was tiny and the toilet was oddly low and uncomfortable.
