Breakfast was excellent. Great choices and attentive staff. The room was quiet, clean, and comfy. We needed the shuttle and that was a breeze. Picked us up at the car rental return and back to the hotel with no issues. Drivers were so friendly. Definitely would recommend this hotel to travelers coming to Seattle.

I can’t think of one thing…

It was in a great location close to things but also away from a lot of the noisy city life!! We really enjoyed our stay the rooms were very clean and staff was so nice!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Breakfast, pool, family fun center next door.

Asked for a crib ahead of arrival date, at check in was told I would get one taken up, never got it so when I called for it they said they had none left available. Very frustrating. Also breakfast room could be bigger or have more seating available.

The bed was big and really comfy. The breakfast was good. Great to have a workout space. Good parking and close to shopping facilities. Staff were super friendly!

Lack of soundproof which was a specific search and a claim made by the hotel. It was 100000% not soundproof. I could clearly tell the neighbour had an iPhone that rang the alarm at 5am and woke us up and neither of us are light sleepers. It was the one negative but a very bad negative considering the neighbours were incredibly loud too.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and very willing to help. The rooms were very specious, which was surprising.

One thing I didn’t like is that when the room door opens, the first thing you see is the toilet and shower. If someone is using or coming out of the bathroom and the door opens, then anyone in the hallway can see them. Also it was not close to places to eat or shop.

For THIS stay, the room was VERY musky. You could tell that the carpets desperately needed to be steam cleaned. The good news is that we were able open up the windows and get fresh air into the room. I appreciate that Angie, the supervisor was able to get us a room earlier than the standard time. Her kindness was much appreciated.
