It has a lot of potential. It was large enough.

The property was advertised as a luxury penthouse-there was nothing luxury about it! It was dirty, stained, etc.

Location and square footage

Dirty floors, air conditioning upstairs controlled some of.the downstairs. Rain caused rooms to flood. No remotes for 2 of the tvs. Air in back bedroom barely worked. Broken tile in one bathroom. Show curtin too short in another.

The location

The house was not clean. We had to clean it ourselves. And also let people know when they are booking if they stay on the 3rd floor they will have to climb 75 steps.

The size of home is great. But that's it.

Well let's see.... I'm rented unit 3. They put me in 2. I get there the place was huge. Well I wanted to put on music. The radio didn't work. So I went to the tv to put on something with noise. Anything at this point. Well that didn't happen. I call told them the wifi isn't working. That was around 7 give or take. Then the girl she would send someone to look at it now it's 11:00 I've been sitting there this whole time and it's silent no one called came by nothing call back he said there's nothing they can do so I left didn't even stay there. So the next day they tell me that they can't fix it into the following day after my reservation is already done I got mad and started complaining so now it's been about 24 hours later from the first time I called someone shows up puts in the Wi-Fi box acts like it's okay so I only got one night there after paying for two I asked for one hour later check out and the girl told me there's other guests coming she made me feel like I was not important or I didn't matter after me not even getting my full reservation. They did not meet my needs

Large space for everyone to spread out. Kitchen well stocked. Good location. Affordable

No windows in the master. Lots of stairs. The apartment needs some more artwork or furniture , felt very cold.

Tvs should be in every bedro
