Nice location off of interstate traffic. Very clean and rooms are clean and comfortable.

The location is great right off the interstate. I checked in late in the afternoon due to heavy snow overnight and interstate closing. The staff was working hard to insure they had rooms available. Due to the previous night all hotels full due to inclement weather.

The breakfast was bad. Cereal was old eggs were very dry. Coffee was good . Bacon was a big glob of grease. The rooms were great. the experience overall was very good. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was good and filling. Beds were at a good height and comfort. The lighting in the room was nice. They even had lighting under the counter/desk. Front desk staff were efficient and helpful.

Our lighted bathroom mirror did not work. I talked to the man at the desk. He did not have another room to move me to. The bathroom was too dark to get cleaned up. I was told to see him in the morning and he would give me a discount on the room. When I checked out that morning, he was not at work yet. The person in charge said he would have the manager take care of the discount. That never happened . I probably will not stay at another best western again since they did not take care of the problem. Sincerely, Jerry Miller (406) 799-6000.
