Personally, I didn't like it.

They could put other types of food.

Breakfast was good.

Pool was closed, every other day room cleaning which was not really done.

We were made very welcomed from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Without question, our check in person was very polite and, made our sleeping accommodations more manageable by hearing to our needs.

I had asked for extra towels for all of our rooms before confirming the reservations. Once at the hotel, I asked again and was kindly told that someone would deliver them, if they were not already in the room. I checked the room, no extra towels, the next day before starting my day I came across the housekeeping manager and I proceeded to ask again about the towels. Needless to say, I was met with unfriendly responses; however, upon returning to my room the towels were there for my room only. My fellow family members decided to make do with the towels that they had. Even though we did not have such a simple request met, over all our stay was restful, peaceful and blessed.

I had requested a quiet room upper level well we got the upper level but it sure wasn’t quiet with the noise of the highway traffic all night. Breakfast, no hot waffles or pancakes, the packaged waffles had super clumps, the scrambled eggs were to salty. Just wasn’t very good.

The room and the staff is awesome
