We did not eat breakfast, the location was good, we were traveling to Barnesville, Ga and it was in a good location from there.

The atmosphere was nice.

I liked the location from the building I was attending. It was spacious and quiet.

Here's where I was disappointed, I noticed a lot of hair strands in the bathroom, bed sheets, and the couch had several large stains. I refused to sit on it. I also noticed the sheets had 2 small circular stains (red and orange in color) on it. The black design of the comforter made me think if these sheets are bleached at all to ensure cleanliness. Also the glass shower had soap scum on it when I arrived which looked gross.

The room layout was very functional. I like the angled wall in the bathroom to give room to the refrigerator and microwave outside the bathroom door. It also serves to open open the entrance of the room. Staff was great. Notified them of a missing remote and blown lightbulb, and they had it taken care of within an hour.

The couch is the room is shot, and, according to my wife, seemed dirty. It should be replaced. The other case goods seemed OK.

Location, promise of suite/space, and breakfast included

Filthy, breakfast was barely stocked at 9:00 but was open until 9:30. When staff was asked, they said they already fixed a lot and what was left was it. Size of suite was not enough for 6 people.

Breakfast was okay. The lady was very nice there that morning.ii

I liked that the location was close to work and restaurants in the area.

There was no breakfast for three mornings. The staff stated that they had advised management to order food, but none was ordered. The food truck finally arrived on Thursday. My trash was not emptied all week. I did not receive clean towels all week. Dogs were allowed to roam free in the location. A coworker asked for clean towels and the staff made him bring his wet and dirty towels to the front desk before he could receive more. His room was also not cleaned all week.

Room had been sprayed with air and or surface deodorizer that was over scented. Had to air out the room to breath. Hallway carpets were stained. $100 deposit was charged, even after I fully paid for the room with credit card. Deposit to be returned in 3 to 5 business days. Ridiculous. Bug in room.

The room was acceptable but in need of repairs. The bed was comfortable.

The room had torn carpeting, broken tiles, stained ceilings, and damaged walls. There was also no housekeeping at all. Trash was not removed or toilet paper restocked in 5 days.
