The dog smell was soooo bad in our room that my husband and I were immediately allergic. It was the second Hampton Inn that we stayed in on this trip and both were the same. Also while my husband was in the elevator with 2 other people and their dogs, one of the dogs pooped right there in the elevator. It was disgusting.

The room was excellent we completely loved it. The complimentary breakfast was amazing!

I would give this rating a 10/10 if it wasn't for the lady who checked me in. She was rude and had an attitude. When I walked in she was talking to another employee about quitting and walking out. The only reason we stayed was because I couldn't get a refund if I had then some choice words would have been said. My sister in law stood there with me while I checked in and couldn't believe how she spoke to me. I understand we all have our bad days, but she didn't want to be at that job and she took it out on me it was very unprofessional.

Staff was very friendly always saying hi and checking on us. Especially Steve at the front desk even above and beyond for everything we needed. Soon as we walked in, he made us feel welcome and like we were running an old friend. Wait to see us again. I don’t want to talk to Steve about not having enough room. He also thought to ask if we had enough towels. That was something I didn’t even think about he went above and beyond. Thank you Steve! Great breakfast impressed by the selection and everything had a great flavor.
