Convenient to ATL airport.

Housekeeping rapped on our door very early in the morning ... twice! Woke us up from a sound sleep. No explanation for it. Front desk apologized and gave us some extra Marriott points but still, was not a good start to our day. Also, despite this being considered a high end hotel, minimal amenities in the room. Few towels and terrible in-room coffee.

Pretty hotel. Sitting areas in lobby and outside were nice.

Way overpriced. They charged you for every little thing: wifi, breakfast, parking. They seemed understaffed everywhere and unable to accommodate guests (we were turned away at breakfast, one working elevator, always a long line at the front desk). There was no privacy in the bathrooms. There were a ton of guests which made waiting in the 1 elevator very difficult.

Getting to the hotel was a pain, especially accessing from International Terminal. Shuttle bus service was a disaster. Only 2 small shuttles available, took over an hour.

only a few steps to the sky train tot he airport. all staff were friendly and excellent.

would have liked water and coffee available in the lobby. that would have been a nice touch

Handy. Comfortable and well run. a little ‘anonymous’, but hey - it’s an airport hotel. Staff were pleasant and cheery. Not by any means cheap, but still recommended.
