This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel alot

On check in we were given a room that was already occupied. It was disturbing that a key thing like that was done incorrectly. After several trips to the front desk we got it resolved.

I liked the room

Everything was good

Rooms very immaculate. Beds so comfortable. Location near Gillette and stores and restaurants was very convenient!!

The room was nice

There were hairs all around the shower. The pool was closed, and that was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but we were charged $35 dollars. Very disappointed, and probably won’t stay again.

Clean and good atmosphere

The pool room was heated but the pool itself was very cold. This was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel so that was a bit disappointing.

the noise, sounds like they were doing some construction and woke us up at 8 am, we were very disappointed about that because no one told us they were doing construction
