The room me and my fiancé stayed in was great we were looking for a place to get away from everyone for a while for new years and we couldn’t have picked a better place to do so we were extremely comfortable in our bed and one of the nicest bathrooms I’ve seen in a hotel and the staff was absolutely amazing

Was invited by email days before check in to use the Hilton Honors app to request digital key which I did multiple times, but the digital key never worked.

The fact I was "upgraded" without knowledge and charged MORE than when I booked the room, I booked a 2 queen because I had my friend with me. The bathroom was dirty, had black hair in the sink and broken blue fake fingernails on the floor by the tub and a disgusting smear of something on the bathroom door

Access to everything was good

i had a suite and the microwave was below the sink. most older people are unable to access that

The price was great! We had a nice clean room. The front desk clerk was super friendly and accommodating to me and my family. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and yummy even getting there 30 minutes before it ended.

Pull out couch was not set up and no sheets to make ourselves. Had to go down and get them. Everything else was good.

All of the staff was incredible, breakfast was fantastic! Common areas were nice and clean!

The bathroom was a bit shabby. The drain cover was off in the tub. Lack of drawers for clothes. A little stingy with hygiene products. For the cost of rooms now, we shouldn't have to beg for shampoo.

Staff was accommodation with the allergy requests I needed to make regarding cleaners being used. Breakfast was a standard breakfast - eggs, waffles, fruits, juices, yogurts, etc... the kids loved it and I really enjoyed all of the options.

I wish the property had steam cleaners available (we're working with an allergy to chemicals) like some other hotels, so that they're able to clean all surfaces with water instead of chemicals. But they were good about rinsing everything down with water after it was cleaned. They also cleaned out the air filters for us and double rinsed the linens.
