We really enjoyed the layout and functionality of the bunk room for our family of six. It was a wonderful place to spend a weekend away.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. It is very well set up and beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the bunkbeds.

I wish the rooms had a microwave and an easier route and access to the pool area.

The room was spacious and had been recently updated. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The entryway looked a bit tired but it was clear that parts of the property were being updated so it is likely on the list to be redone.

Advertised shuttle, which was able to be used during certain hours but not after 8 PM due to a contract they had with an airline.

I truly loved the beauty of the property and its location on the Deschutes River. The property has many amenities that we loved such as the restaurant, pool and jacuzzi, bar, and restaurant. The staff there are very helpful and were able to give us great recommendations in the area. Lastly, it is conveniently located within 10 minutes from Downtown Bend.

Cigarette butts on the ground around my patio. Never could get the coffee maker to work even though it was replaced once. Found a spider under my pillow.

All was okay, just not for what you pay.

The hidden fees need to be clarified. If guests are expecting to pay a certain amount and there not expecting to pay an addition 100$. You could really screw your guests.

Took 3 hours on the first morning for maintenance to unclog the bathroom sink, and then later in the afternoon a stranger walked in with our room with a key that the desk gave them! They were apologetic, but uncomfortable when they walked in!

The Hôtel is very conveniently located in Bend OR right on the Deschutes River. How can you not enjoy eating breakfast/lunch/dinner on the outside deck listening to water cascading over the rocks!

Beautiful property on the Deschutes River.

Not enough staff at the restaurant or bar. Took 30 minutes took be served breakfast after we ordered. All I had was a yogurt bowl and coffee. Only 1 bar tender the entire day. He was very pleasant but took a long time to get a glass of wine.

Property was great! Very clean/cute room. Felt very homey. Staff was very kind and the serve beer on tap and have a great breakfast! Definitely worth staying here.
