Breakfast basic - microwave heated - not great 3/10

no issues - remote control did not work - but changed at reception no issues on replacement

no upkeep on the property. no water pressure in the shower pool had dirt in the bottom of it. only say the staff at check in.

Very clean and safe.

Breakfast was marginal in selection and quality. Very little explanation of what was available. Serving hours were not posted. No literature to describe amenities. No one explanation of “not cleaning room “ policy and asking you to bring your trash to front desk. Very few staff and they were sleepy or grumpy.

Clean rooms, gather trash, etc. I felt like I was part of a coop rather than staying at a hotel. Train staff to be friendly, awake and helpful. The physical building was very clean, nice and decorated well. Only saw 3 personnel on site and they were nice enough when at the front desk.

Location was good, staff was friendly, breakfast was OK seeing how they will still serving during COVID, but the people were nice

biggest issue were the room(s). First one had mold growing on walls and AC wasn’t cooling. The staff moved us and then the second room had window leak/ or AC condensate leak all over floor, two lights out, bathroom noise carried from room to room. Vent in ceiling from next room (vice a versa) and pocket door that needed repair to close. Most of the items could have been resolved if guest reported them and/ or staff inspected room a little better. The staff did try to accommodate by moving first time and gave us a discount with the 2nd room issues. Bottom line is maintenance was lacking,

It was easy to get to. The evening desk girl was very professional and pleasant. The coffee was ok. They had free laundry facilities.

The room we checked into first had an A/C issue. It was damp and there was mold visible in one corner of the room. It “appeared” to be clean, but in the bathroom there were several long dark hairs from a previous tenant and the front of the toilet was dirty. We asked to move rooms because of the mold issue. That was handled well but the bathroom light wasn’t working in the new room. Maintenance finally showed up at 2:00 the 2nd day but I was in the shower and asked him to come back in 5 minutes. He never came back that day or the next day. The desk girl, who was also the breakfast girl in the morning was not nice. She seemed complete annoyed to have to trouble herself with us and almost angry to serve us breakfast. “Free breakfast” is a few microwave egg choices, or instant oatmeal and there was toast. Honestly, if that’s what you’re going to do for breakfast, just don’t bother.

Rooms being spacious

First floor and Halls smelled horrible, it was so strong it made my stomach upset. I would of not booked there if I knew pets were allowed inside the facility.

Big room. Comfy beds. Staff is nice.

No parking for a boat. Shower is very slippery

Everything!!!! Hotel was excellent. Cleaniness of entire hotel. As soon as walk in, it smells like the place had been cleaned from head to toe. Room was a great size, and had plenty of space.
