East view from balcony for great sunrise photos….. location

On the lake! Right downtown. The fireplace. Quiet

The Murphy bed was too soft. The shower water barely got warm one morning. The price seemed high for the size of my studio room.

There was no breakfast at this location - it is a condo with a kitchenette - so, we could have cooked for ourselves if we wanted to.

If I have to pick something --The murphy bed - while comfortable - made the room pretty small and when it was down - only one other chair to sit in (other than wooden kitchen chairs).

It was at a peaceful location.

I assumed it would be bigger. You had to move the couch and pull the bed out. Also no smoking on the balcony.

The space was very small, which was quaint, but there wasn’t any open shelf space or any space to put our personal belongings. It always seemed crowded and small. There was no air conditioning and it was hot. An open window was OK, except for the jake-braking trucks and seagulls. The information we received stated there was air conditioning, but there didn’t seem to be any. The bed was very uncomfortable and hard.

The location was perfect - right on the water and within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, and stores. The accommodations were very comfortable and the staff was excellent.
