As toalhas estavam muito gastas e o secador de cabelo não funcionava, pedi pra trocarem e não havia outro.

Localização e as camas confortaveis

O quarto não foi limpo durante 3 dias… chuveiro com baixo fluxo de agua. Ficamos em um quarto embaixo da escada, barulho de mala logo de manhã…

The stay at this motel was ok. When I received my visa monthly statement, I started looking into my travel expenses, and was surprised to notice the 200$ US safety charge had not been released or credited. So I called the motel desk asking for clarifications on that extra that was not supposed to apear on my visa bill. The clerk who aswered the call made it clear that the amount had been released and would be credited on the next month bill. So I asked them by émail to send me a document confirming their say. After an hour they replied, saying they are keeping my deposit of 200$ stating that I had been witnessed smoking in their building with my wife. Trust me, I have never smoked in my life and will not start at 59 years old. Because of the rain, my wife had a smoke in our car parked outside. A clerk passing by told her that she was not allowed to smoke around, so she stopped it. And that was the end of it. After investigating on that motel, we found out that they make good use of that old strategy of selling rooms at cheap prices, but in return they are making sure to find anything possible to charge extras, without informing the customers of course. Please make sure to reconsider staying at the Magic Key in Kissimmee in the futur, otherwise you might get unpleasent surprises on your next visa bill !! 200$ for a single smoke, outside in our car under the rain, it is so abusive and on top of it, in such an hypocrite manger... I just thought of sharing the expérience with all of you.

Sehr sauber. Zwei Kühlschränke im Zimmer. Und die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Den beheizten Pool konnte ich leider mangels Zeit nicht nutzen.

100% no smoking is really good, the bathroom, the vanity, everything was pretty darn exceptional at a really great price, staff was nice, THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY CLEAN LOVE IT!!

You can def hear the metal springs in the bed with the slightest movement, but that's not really that much of an issue, no complimentary breakfast but honestly for what you're paying and the top dollar value you're getting over a vast amount of other hotels in the area and it's proximity to restaurants and whatnot, it's not really something you'd end up caring much about. The parking.... Parking is an issue... Not something I really liked tbh, there are more rooms than there are parking spots and the places you can park since property is small (this is honestly the only actual thing that was a bit cumbersome, for me at least)

La atención muy buena, tuvimos problema para entrar en el habitación y el recepcionista enseguida nos atendió y cambió de habitación. Muy amable y buen trato. La habitación estaba limpia y muy espaciosa con los servicios necesarios.

Comentaría que los dispensadores de jabón del lavamanos y ducha no van bien. Nosotros solo estuvimos una noche pero imagino que si se comentaba enseguida lo hubiesen resuelto.

No breakfast.
