Suite layout. Kitchenette, although didn’t use. Large bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.

Worn out carpet over lumpy uneven floors. Worn out furnishings. Old TV’s. Less than thorough cleaning (ie crevasses and corners).

This was our 2nd stay. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. The rooms are always comfortable and clean.

It would be more convenient for guests if the pool and spa were open at least until 9 or 10 pm. It's nice to to take a dip in the pool or relax in the spa after dinner.

Needs update and renovation could be nice

I struggled a bit to get hot water to work in the shower. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Welcoming staff and easy reaching location

Aging allover. no room service throughout our stay (4 days), no complimentary coffee/tea/creamers/etc, safes are not working, and poor cleanliness (seen roaches in every corner).

It was as advertised but nothing extra. All features, furniture, appliances, carpet, felt old and very used. Staff was as helpful as could be with the resources they had.

Need to update all features, chipped paint on walls, mold visible on ceiling, dehumidifier and AC in unit all loud. Pillows and linens were old, bath towels thin, small and scratchy. Had to empty your own garbage, old analog box tv in bedroom. Kitchen items/utensils few and basic. The building itself felt like a mausoleum, very wide halls and empty even tho they claimed to be fully booked, I saw only a few people in the 3 nights I stayed. The unit itself smelled like a box of band-aids

Nothing at all! This is a nightmare of a hotel. It should be closed. The Health Department should shut it down!

Plumbing is terrible! Two toilets backed up. The room was damp and it smelled. The room was dirty and rugs had stains. Disgusting!

I like that it's make you feel like your at home

I think that they can do some upgrades on their TVs
