New, clean, excellent staff, outstanding location The “evening shift” was truly pleasant to deal with.
Crazy, prices at the breakfast bar! It was insulting! Almost $3 for a half pint of milk?? Fortunately I could walk a short distance and not get robbed like that. Truly bad business practice. I spent money down the street that I would have spent there were it not highway robbery.

The shower…water went everywhere. Was not advised that he room would not be clean unless I requested it. However the staff was very nice and explained. Housekeeping was gone for the day and I was able to get more towels.

Location was excellent for the LPL office visit. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

I have come to this hotel for conferences many times. However, last night was the first night when my daugher and I spend a night over. I can not say enough about comfortability of beds ( mattresses, pillows) and the cleanliness of the room and bed linens. All was good! Great and convenient location, surrounded by restaurants, boutiques and other small businesses! A minute away from HWY.

The fitness room lacked mats and wipes, even after I notified the front desk on day 1.

Breakfast was OK, since few guests ate there. Basically had one employee, running from cash register to kitchen and back. I expected a "regular" restaurant.
I was disappointed that housekeeping was by request only. There was no soap in the shower.

The room we got was not clean the sheets where not washed they smelled very bad the AC/ head was very loud. Im sure i will never come back there.

The room was clean and modern. Bathroom a bit small. Location was very good.
There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby. I know there is coffee in the room but every hotel I’ve stayed at had complimentary coffee and continental breakfast. I felt the price on your breakfast menus was too expensive.
