confort like you were home

Very warm welcome, and we got a lot of tips what we shouldn't miss to see. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay this the right place.

Was very welcoming. Charming lil place.

Separate entrance with designated parking with a friendly fabulous host!!! The shower had unlimited hot water and there is a separate living area with cable. Super quiet and private with access to a beach park within walking distance.

Loved the location, the hosts were lovely, and the apartment was comfortable.

It was perfect for a short stay but would have been challenging for a long stay of we wanted to cook our own food as there wasn't a stove or oven.

The place was wonderful! It was a large unit with comfy bed, good sized bathroom and a living room/ kitchen area. We had a private entrance.They were both very friendly, kind and gave us good advice on things to do. The nearby town had a nice choice of restaurants and the ones we went to were good. Great place to stay!

We were happy with everything. If you want to be close enough to go to the volcano, as well as the Black Beach, you might want to stay closer to the volcano because it is almost an hour’s drive each day from Hale Ha Ha and you can’t do both places in one day.

Everything about this place was perfect! Dianne and Allen were super nice at the moment of our arrival. They explained us how everything in the house worked, and incredible tips about things to do in this magical island. The thing that was most useful was a guidebook with all the information about places/activities to do in the different sectors of the island. We also loved the macadamia and chocolates that Dianne and Allen gave us 😍 About the place: very well equipped (you could find all the needed things for a kitchen and bathroom), super clean, and very quiet if you are looking for silence and a place to rest in peace. We recommend this place, and we hope we can come back some day!

The location was beautiful; an established residential area tucked away but not too far from the main roads. The hosts were very pleasant and offered information on sites in the area. They even encouraged me to not worry about the predicted rain and continue with my plans to go to Volcanos National Park, which is a must-see!

It’s a cute and cozy unit. It was nice and clean. It’s not too far from Pahoa town. Allen and Dianne are wonderful people. They were so welcoming and so accommodating. Great stay!
