Excellence location for easy beach access. Direct access to the pool and hot tub, which were spotlessly clean. The condominium had everything that we could have wanted, even chairs, umbrellas, etc. plus a trolley for transporting everything to the beach.

could hear the up stairs renters walking very loud !hot tub was always filled with people and they were eating in the hot tub.

I liked it all.

Condo location was within walking distance of beach, place to eat. Had to figure out how to open the key box.

As reported the bedroom closet door was very difficult to close so we left it open, the shower head needs to be replaced, the light under the microwave oven needs replacement, the fan lacks the pull cord (had to use a chair), the kitchen counter needs replacement, the door to the back porch needs locking mechanism repair, the toaster apparently did not work, the storage box in the back porch contained unusable rusted folding chairs and the ice cooler had a broken handle. And the most painful of all was the second-floor occupant who woke us up as early as 4:30 am EVERY MORNING with loud stomping, moving of furniture, et al. This went on during the evening hours until at least 11:00 pm.

on booking it was said that it was beachfront when I had to walk across the street to get to the beach

Great communication with the owners prior to arrival, location of condo, parking, simple, fast check in. Condo was ready on time and clean.

Great location. Ground floor. The place was exceptionally clean. It smelled fresh and inviting. There were ample towels, everything you needed to cook if you wanted. Even a beach chair, umbrella and a cart to transport the beach stuff, which was only across the street. I would recommend this to anyone, faultless.

Nothing to dislike about the place and general area. My only minor con about the place, was the lack of food places, where you could walk to but I would not let this put me off going there again.
