The room was quiet, clean and serviceable.

The wifi was very sporadic. When it worked, it was wonderful. But I spent several hours on two different occasions trying to get it to work. To no avail.

The room was nice sized

The fridge and AC sounded like a 1960 washing machine. Had to unplug the fridge to sleep. The walls are paper thin. There is mold in the grout in the shower. One of the bed side wall mounted lights is missing. The USB charger on one side of the bed didn't work. The carpet in the stairway needs to be ripped out and replaced it's so bad. I have bad knees. There is an upper and lower parking garage. We parked in the upper garage to save 1 flight of stairs (no elevator.) Parked in a marked parking space the was not "reserved for staff" and not in front of a door marked to keep clear. At 8, after settling in for the evening I received a call asking me to move the car down to the lower parking garage.

The people in the office were absolutely rude.

I love the location and the rooms have been upgraded some.

When we first checked in the first room we were assigned appeared as though it hadnt been thoroughly cleaned. It also smelled strongly like aftershave/men's cologne. Upon telling g the woman at the front desk she came and looked and then moved us to a different room

The location is awesome. Free parking is always a plus in San Francisco.

There is not adequate soundproofing…you can hear people next to you and above you. There was a broken lamp in the room and the bathroom faucet assembly is loose and crooked.

Location to Zoo and Ocean Beach

The parking lot was horrible. The manager was not friendly. I could not parking in disabled parking, even though I am disabled and had my placard, the manager told me I had to park down underneath building, and had to take stairs back up to lobby and then stairs up to our room.

The location is amazing.

We asked for an extra pillow and they didn't have one. We had to buy a pillow from Target. The AC was broken and the fan on the AC also was broken. The staff had a power washer going at 8am outside our window and then a staff truck blasting music backed up to our window. The TV in the room is so small you can see the mount from the from and the internet is spotty. We also found the ice bucket filled with water in our fridge meaning they didn't empty or clean it.

Short walk to the beach, near coffee, restaurants, and the zoo. It was VERY clean. We were very happy with the value. Free parking. Large remodeled room.

Location was fantastic, easy to find and near good attractions.

Every door slams and you hear it all night long. Definitely bring your own toiletries but if you don't, the store next door has some. Rooms hold moisture bad. And bring own cooking supplies for kitchen

Room was remodeled recently. Overall is clean and pleasant to stay. We had to stay near that part of SF and there isn't much to choose from. Definitely good value for the price.
