How clean and convenient to the outlets the hotel was?

La habitación estaba muy limpia y el mobiliario era prácticamente nuevo, el baño también se encontraba limpio, tienen microondas y cafetera en la habitación; baje al lobby porque olvidé mi cepillo de dientes y enseguida me dieron dos y una pasta, así como toallas para desmaquillarse, me encantó eso no lo había visto en otro hotel

Que el check-out fuera más tarde, tuvimos que entregar la habitación a las 11 de la mañana cuando usualmente en otros hoteles es a las 12 o 1

cleaning, the bathroom is not clean at all, the floor is dirty and the shower was dirty, I left my room at 11 am and when I returned at night nobody entered the room and of course nobody cleaned the room, I am a fan of La Quinta but this time I was left with many doubts

room smelled like mildew,, bathroom was dirty, sink slow to drain, sink inside the toilet area, so when someone needs the bathroom, the sink in inaccessible. Doors slamming all night long sounding like someone opening our door. No insulation between other suites, could here entire conversations from other rooms and hall.

It wasn’t clean, elevators were sticky and dirty, room was ok, not clean 110% for the rate per night. Shower was dirty.

Perfect location to the Outlet Malls!! The staff were actually very nice and welcoming.

The hotel itself and the room needed a thorough cleaning. The carpet leading to the room was filthy, the elevator needed to be mopped and the there were small stains on the bedding in the room. The room had an odor I assume from the ac unit plus I suspect there is a moisture problem in the room. The inside of the room was sticky and felt damp at all times. We stayed one night even though we booked 2 nights. We just wanted out!!

The pool could have been cleaner. We had some noisy kids in and out of their room across the hall when we were trying to sleep.

Breakfast was exceptional. I enjoyed the nice complimentary water/lemonade station upon returning one evening. Location was perfect.

Great customer service and very clean hotel. Breakfast was good, and my son loved the pool. Walking distance from shopping outlets and multiple dining options in the area. Great stay!

I did not like anything because I was not given the chance to stay. My friend called the night before we got there and we asked, what is the minimum age needed to get a room here. The person on the phone said 18, so me and my friends booked a room. Upon arrival they said we were not permitted to stay there as we were 21. The previous night it was only 18 though. We asked for a refund and have still not gotten it.

Bed was too close to the wall on one side for a handicapped person. Pool was not open. Toilet wouldn't flush and did not fix it the first day I reported it
