Room space, house keeping was not done during all my stay even it's part of the cost everyday.

We booked for the Madonna Concert that was cancelled. The room/hotel would have been the perfect location had the concert gone forward. Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurant a plus.

The room does not have much space. Two foot walk ways around bed and couch. Lucky it was just me and my spouse. You can not fit more than two people in the room. We were charged a premium no refundable for the room of $252 for the night, but when we checked the night we were there it was only $129 because the concert didn’t go. Booking.com does not homer price match.

The location was nice

The air conditioner quit in the middle of the night , did nothing for us. We got no sleep and had to drive 10 hours the following day.

We didn't like anything at the hotel. Pool was hot the room was hot had to pay for parking not knowing the expense. No ice on the only 2 floors that had ice. Ac in the lobby but rooms took forever to cool off. Came back to our room and it smelt like weed! Called and they said ok, they dont clean the room unless your there for 3 days,didn't offer towels didn't even check if we were ok. All around miserable like the weather, Valet were the superstars in the heat!

Really good hotel in a good spot I. The center of Phoenix. Very close to Chase Field.

Unfortunately the trains running nearby can be heard too much. If you have a light sleep, they can wake you up.

It was close to a lot of things in Phoenix

The pool was closed. That was the whole reason we booked the hotel. It’s very hot in Arizona and my kids were looking forward to swimming without dying from the heat. There is no parking unless you pay. My booking said breakfast included but we were told it wasn’t. I finally got it handled at the front desk.

The room was clean and comfortable. It had sufficient space for all three of us.

Our room wasn't cleaned in the two day stay, which wasn't a big deal, but a little surprising. Outlets were loose and not easily accessible. There was a large lamp that was obtrusive and made it uncomfortable for the person on that side of the bed.
