It was clean, warm and lovely. We arrived very late at night and had an easy time getting in and where very happy to find plenty of everything we needed. We had no problem getting around using the free trolly. I would recommend this property and would enjoy staying there again.

We liked everything it was perfect.

Location was great. Clean facility. Had games if we wanted to play games. Had a fan in the closet and some space heaters too. Lots of pillows and blankets.

Wished it had a hot tub - but I knew when I booked it it didn't. We couldn't get the heat to work well- a digital thermostat would be nice to see if it was actually working. The clothes dryer did not work well.

I loved the location, views were amazing.we liked the kitchen ,it was clean.

Place was very dirty especially beds had dog hairs all over,towels looked like they hadn’t been cleaned.Blankets had hair all over ,me and my son are severely allergic to dog hair ,we felt like hair was stuck on our throats, I don’t know if it was dog hair or from the ottoman that they had in the living room but the towels and bed sheets were not clean for sure. Also we couldn’t connect to Wifi on first day and they promised us someone would come next day but noone showed up ,we ended up figuring out ourselves.
