Outlets didn’t work in bathroom TVs were never fixed during our stay Water damage on ceiling

We loved the view!!! The pool was amazing and great to have access to the beach!

The bunk beds were broken so my kids didn't even get to sleep in them. The master bedroom had water damage on the ceiling where the water sprinkler was and you could clearly see the mold growing. I called 2 times about the problems and no one ever came. The fact that you have to pay extra to park in a spot you already paid to stay in and to be at the pool and have access to the beach is crazy. You already pay enough to stay at the facility so why do you havebto pat extra for something that should come with that price onto of people holding chairs and not even being down at the pool when the rules clearly states not to hold chairs unless your at the chair or table being used or held.. And most of the elevators stayed broken the whole week we was there.

Loved the condo we stayed in.

The parking garage did not have enough parking places. Should have two assigned parking for vehicles.

The landscaping was gorgeous. The pool and hot tub were great. The ocean is gorgeous!!!

Everything we hated the whole stay

It was beachfront that’s about it.

The elevators horrible. The parking deck horrible. The young kids partying and being loud all night so obnoxious. The crowded beachfront and pool constantly! Could never get a seat at the pool unless you go at like before 10am

The pool was beautiful. The property was perfect for my family. The were quick to fix the AC.

The pool was freezing cold! The AC didn’t work the first night. One of the elevators by our room didn’t work.

Our room stayed full of dew. My mom phone charging port got messed up because of it. When it rained it came in under the door.We only had one parking space but it tells us in the email we could park in an empty space if we had an extra car. My room slept 8-9 ppl the company should know we couldn’t fit in one car. I will never stay here again. I had to pay $60 for our wrist bands. It’s a lot of hidden things with vacasa.

the condo and the view

it had nothing to do with vasaca it was shores of Panama. I received my confirmation the day before we left from shores of Panama giving me my room code and where to get my parking pass. nothing about paying 50.00 for armbands and parking pass. we arrived i gave them the room number and he wrote me out a parking pass. I ask about our armbands he said they were in the room this was a shores of Panama employee and said to park on the 9th floor. I ask do we have carts on our floor the security guard said u will need to leave your driver's license with him and unload our luggage there. then bring the cart back and i could get my driver's license back. this was awful and very inconvenient. I have never stayed at a resort like this. my worst nightmare. no numbers in the room to call for help with anything.
