Location location location! Also it was very clean.
The yard was not maintained …weeds everywhere. The furniture was old and tired. The bed bc in the master bedroom was horrible! Very saggy.

All was clean and comfortable. Carpets had stains, which made it unclear if they were clean.

Just a five minute walk from the beach! Large kitchen, very comfortable.

Location was good. House was very clean. A few minor upgrade would be perfect. Appliances are very old. Paper towels and toilet paper are 1-ply. Towels are soft but not at all absorbent. Landscaping is non existent. Able to cook for 2 no problem. Investing in matching cookware and silverware and kitchen stock would be great! Overall a good experience, might be worth trying again.

Comfortable place. It's always nice to have most of the amenities of home.
The front door was kind of hard to lock. It didn't want to latch. Fully fenced in backyard being dog friendly would have been nice. And the checkout time was a bit rough. It's vacation 10:00 a.m. is too early to be checking out. 11:00 a.m. like normal hotels would be better

Cutlery. Very dull! Also, the large frying pan is a junk! The mattresses in small bedroom can do damage to your back.

The location was really nice
The fireplace wouldn't turn on. It states on the wall no pets on furniture (which I understand but I wish it was mentioned in the listing so we knew beforehand). I also wish it mentioned where the closest beach access area is. While showering in the master bath, the hot water ran out in less than 5 minutes (we had not ran the dishwasher or washing machine that whole day). Lastly, half the outlets were so loose you couldn't plug anything in.

cleaning neglect ie rat/mouse droppings in kitchen drawers and kitchen towels chewed up. surface clean looked ok but cutting board stuck to kitchen counter, had not been cleaned underneath for quite some time.

I thought the beach was closer to the house but it was a short distance.
