The living room view was gorgeous! Able to look out the windows and watch the snowfall. Love the nutcrackers in the windows. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of bathroom towels. Even has a mats for boots and a snow shovel.
That the shower in the downstairs bathroom didn’t drain well, and had to clean out the drain ourselves. The upstairs sink drained, very slowly. The kitchen sink was also slow to drain. Heater is very loud. The property was further from Leavenworth than the mileage states. Took at least 30 minutes to get to town. In the snow longer.

We didn’t have breakfast provided by the host.
No coffee pots that worked and the bedrooms downstairs were hot! Upstairs felt great. Everything was exceptional except for the above mentioned. I would highly recommend twenty pines for your stay in Leavenworth . The river was beautiful and my family enjoyed tubing down from the bridge to the pines. Very nice stay.

Beautiful, spacious house, we loved it and wish we could've stayed longer. Nice little park down the street all my kids loved.
Need blinds on the window where one was missing, but we put up a sheet so it was ok.

The beds were comfy. It had a good amount of space for our family of 4. It was very clean.
The shower upstairs was so small. Small towels.

It was such a quaint little cabin in the woods for a family of five and a 118 lbs bernedoodle. It was clean, spaces and comfy. There were enough beds and one to spare for everyone to sleep on their own bed and not have to share. The kitchen was big enough for my husband and I to cook at the same time.
There were board games to play with but I wish they had all the pieces and in better conditions. That would have been fun to have a family game night.

beautiful, comfortable, wild life walked through the yard. beautiful and quiet area
the cleaning between lodgers was not done up to expectations. Ants in a plug in, dirty dishes, dirty diaper and sippy cup under master bed, some pieces of dog food on floor through out the kitchen/living room area

check out time was a little to early but then again I was drinking the night before.

Loved the location and serenity. Great trails here! When we shared about an issue, response was immediate. Friendly staff at each point of contact.
Beds were overly soft and the bedding wouldn’t stay in place. I recommend more kitchen towels to be careful and more sanitary. With four in the kitchen one towel was not enough for our three day stay.

The home is out of town a little(25min), so relaxing at the end of the busy day - Peaceful & Charming - Wonderful beds & furniture -
A nice community area that feels safe when on an adventure walk or letting the kiddos play outside without worry-
I loved that for a small fee they aloud for a late check out-
Honestly, I was a little disappointed that the description of this home said river view - This particular home does not have what I call a river view - It is more of a river peek -
The only other issue in the home that sleeps 8 they only offer mirrors in the 2 bathrooms - Making it a little difficult for getting ready - (mostly for the females)
Also, it could use a few more wash rags :-)
