UPDATE: It is very disappointing that the property's response is inaccurate and misleading just like some of the things that were mis-represented dudring marketing. I have pictures but booking.com claim they do not have "the facility to attach pictures to the review". Furthermore, it is disappointing that the property has made false claims in their response to this review and to booking.com about the points I raised. Booking.com will simply claim to be "third party" and will not re-imburse you etc. So I would suggest AVOID booking via booking.com too because if there is a problem with the property you are on your own! booking.com will simply wash their hands and claim to be "third party". The view of the bay and the mainland from the terrace and the swimming pool area (if you can use it as it is full of mosqquitoes and pool is also full of mosquitoes and dead insects or leaves) Host was responsive to questions (especially during the first 24hrs when you are allowed to cancel the booking) Host provided bottle of complimentary wine (from their winery) and some tomatoes in the fridge from the garden.

- - Property needs thorough upgrade from inside and outside and regular maintenance (host does not live there most of the time we were told) - Road leading to the property unmaintained and in poor state. Need a 4x4 car really. - Property had lots of mosquitoes ouside and inside. Got bitten all over which made it impossible to spend a lot of time at the property. - Swimming pool had dead mosquitoes, insects etc even though it was cleaned. - Lizards on the ceiling of the outer dining area above the dinning table at night causing lizard droppings on the dining table. - Lizards and mosquitoes in the terrace and swimming pool area making it difficult to enjoy the only two best locations at the property! - Basic items like boiling kettle and microwave not available in the kitchen (although kitched was new) - Pots and Pans in the kitchen were very old. Some were marked and some of them had wobbly handles. For the above reason I think the property is either unsuitable for holiday lets or very expensive.

The view of the bay from the terrace and swimming pool. Big parking area. Big terrace and outdoor grill. Swimming pool. Communication with owner was excellent.

Small kitchen. Some facilities very old, although functional. Parts of the garden not irrigated / maintained.
