The complex is lovely and right on the beach, but the unit is not beach facing. You are more likely to hear the train than see the ocean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is updated and the microwave was usable.

The unit itself was unclean and poorly maintained. We spent time cleaning the trash can area, kitchen counters, utensils. pans, as well as the dining table and chairs that were sticky and covered in crumbs. We used a sheet to cover the sofa that had a stain, and came to find that the sheet also had a stain. The patio was tight and used for surf boards and chairs, which we chose not to pay an additional amount to rent during our stay. At the very least this unit needs a new stove, fresh paint, and new sheets and towels (thankfully we brought our own beach towels) as well as a thorough cleaning which was attempted to be masked by an overwhelming amount of Febreeze.

Location was great for the beach and underground parking included. Shortish walk to the harbour. Room was a great size, loved the shower. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Didnt use some of the other facilities (eg mini golf) but looked very good

HEALTH HAZARD: this unit has rodents and mold/mildew, sheets are stained. One of us had an asthma attack upon entering, and the other threw up and battled migraines all night. The bed sheets had stains, the stovetop was rusty, and there was dirt and sand all over the floor and deck. Boogie boards broken and thrown on the deck. We checked out after 1 night and paid for a clean hotel. The host refused to refund the unpaid nights (4 total). They also used false photos from a different unit with a beach view - upon pointing this out, they changed the photos. Beware of this property. It is a health hazard, unsanitary, and an incredibly deceiving property listing.

I like the property location,it’s too close to the beach!Also I like the portable AC,it was so fresh and good for my sleeping baby!

I absolutely did not like the kitchen,it was so old and not good smell from it!Also the room was very dirty,all surfaces was dusty!The big TV in the living room didn’t work programs, and my kids always used TV in my room!Dark blue sofa not reclining,only for one person!

It was simple to pick up the keys upon entering. The door guard handed over and had me sign that I received.

The shower was confusing to operate but i figured it out eventually. worked great, just a lot of knobs.

The decor was a cute beach theme. The master bed was comfortable. It was a nice location next to the beach and local restaurants. The condo complex has access to the beach.

There is no view except for the street. The place needs a really good cleaning like the windows with kiddy prints all over them. The oven and sink need a cleaning or replacing. There were no wash clothes save one. There were not many cleaning supplies like dishwashing liquid. Good thing we brought coffee filters. It’s the extras that count. So don’t assume there things will be there.

No time taken to clean the apartment we had to go out of our way while on vacation and went to the laundry mat to wash all the bed sheets and the sofa covers there was pet hair on the sofas and white stains...the bed sheets had food crumbs under the comforter the apartment is beautiful just no time taken to clean... the kitchen let's not even talk about it food crumbs and dry cheese on counter there was someone's earings left by the TV we slept so uncomfortable 4 of us in the bed and 1 in the sofa since the dark blue sofa was all full of who knows what kind of white stains I couldn't have my kids sleep on there I tried reaching out to our host but was completely ignored we had to make the best out of it.

i loved everything out it. it was roomy and was in great location. i always love staying at north coast.

the only thing I didn’t like was the ants. i wasn’t aware of it. and the bed was different from the picture but honestly the bed was amazing for sleep. so I didn’t care!

the room wasn’t completely clean, the closets had dirty sand inside, the kitchen is outdated , and the rooms had ants , I had to use repellent and ant-baits. there are air conditioners on the floor of both rooms which are very loud and take room space the rooms are facing the back road and train passing by and it’s the farthest from the pool and beach on the entire property complex. it’s expensive compare to what you see as advertised price for other same rentals nearby in the same property complex

Master bed was rock hard and front room beds that folded out had little tears in the mattress which were very lumpy. The floor in MB appeared to be slanted towards the NW.

Such a great place! Bigger than the pictures. So clean and comfortable. Easy use of everything. Not directly on the beach but well within walking distance. Was comfortable with two adults and four children. Will DEFINITELY come back again! Thank you so much!
