We stayed for two nights. Hana does a fantastic breakfast and she set us up for having two very enjoyable days by providing great tips of things to do in the area. Highly recommended!

Hana is an excellent host. She helped with places to go and places to eat. I would definitely go back!

Waldo Emerson Inn is a delightful period B&B located just outside Kennebunkport. Hana is so welcoming and provides delicious breakfasts. Recommend highly for anyone enjoying a New England Road Trip!

Perfect location - minutes from the port. Beautiful, antique house with lots of character and charm. Refreshment areas with coffee, cold drinks and snacks plus candy were available. Lovely yard with outdoor seating for dining and relaxing. Delicious breakfasts! Beach chairs, beach towels and beach pass provided. Bikes also available (although we didn’t use them). The innkeeper, Hana, and her staff were all wonderful - friendly and helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this inn. The Innkeeper was attentive and had the entire property looking fabulous. The location was excellent being a short distance from shopping and restaurants in town.

Breakfast was the best! Hanna catered to my unusual diet with aplomb and literally set the table for most engaging interactions with other guests, and kept them going with her service.

The Inn was so lovely! The rooms were so tastefully decorated, and pleasantly bigger than I expected. Love all the little touches - the music, the bar downstairs, the snacks in the hallway. The breakfasts were amazing - just delicious! Truly gourmet

The Inn is located on a fairly busy street, so sometimes you could hear traffic in the evenings. Otherwise, there are nothing else I didn't like!

First time staying at a bed and breakfast. Had a wonderful time! Room was comfortable and Hana was an excellent host, the breakfast was great. Hana was also very knowledgeable about the area and made great suggestions. Looking forward to visiting again.

This is a very old home and the rooms are very smalll and the bathrooms are even smaller

Breakfast was very good. Location was good. Room was nicely decorated in a pretty floral pattern wallpaper. Very comfortable.

The write up from Booking.com said there was a pool & there wasn’t one. It is one of the reasons I booked the stay there. It also said there was a robe provided & there wasn’t one of those either.

This is our first trip staying at different B&Bs. Thanks to boarder closures post covid, we are doing more road trips and seeing what's available close to home. Inn: Historical, charming, serene, 2 staircase to your rooms so you rarely see other guest, lots of cozy seating areas, complimentary snacks. Old but almost everything interior was renovated. Pet friendly. Bed: ultra comfortable. Room: Immaculate. Depending on what room you reserve, you can get a mini apt with a small kitchenette including a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast: Every day is something different, we spent 2 nights and Hannah made the best gourmet 2 course breakfast. My hubby was tired after a long drive so he decided to sleep in, Hannah (owner) prepared a breakfast tray for him, so he enjoyed breakfast in bed. That was very thoughtful. Amenities: beach chairs along with other beach accessories are available (no charge), depending on the volume of guests you can borrow a parking beach pass. Location: depending on what you are looking to do in town it's centrally located. Hannah will take the time to give you reccs on activities, historic sites, restaurants, tax free liquor etc. All precautions are made to accommodate our new Covid-19 norm. We all have different times to start breakfast 8-930am at different areas inside and outside the home. We felt comfortable and safe.
