Wir waren mit der Wohnung von Melania sehr zufrieden.

Almost at the end of Puerto Rico lays this small complex, away from the hustle and bustle, nice and quiet, but if you want within a few minutes in the hustle and bustle, city and beach. The apartment was well equipped and stocked like never seen before. And for last Melania, lovely to talk to. So for us everything was perfect!!!

dårlig kjøkkenutstyr, defekt vaskemaskin, mangelfull informasjon ang wifi og ikke minst det å ikke kast toalettpapir i toalettet, mye insekter ute på veranda og inne i leiligheten.

Apartment very good, good views, just upset that we couldn’t use the pool as some work on the fencing was being carried out, didn’t get to use it in the 4 weeks that we were there, so it was taxi fares to and back from the beach, but apart from that an absolutely pleasant stay

Lugar ideal para descansar en la zona sur de la isla. Aunque realmente aquí todo está bastante cerca. Destacaria que en el apartamento hay bastante variedad de productos básicos. El hecho de entrar con código facilita mucho la llegado.

We always like to stop near the top of Puerto Rico as it is quieter and only a 3 euro taxi ride away from Amadores beach, it is a nice clean apartment with all the facilities you need situated within a small and quiet complex which has great views all around, the pool is very clean, comfortable and quiet, ideal place for a couple who enjoy peace and quiet and nice walks, would I go back? Yes it’s great value we will do 😀, Melania is very helpful

Dieses Apartment läßt so gut wie keine Wünsche übrig: gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Coach und Sessel, großer Fernseher (Sat und sogar Netflix möglich) WLAN, großes Bett mit sehr guter Matratze, eigener Parkplatz, Balkon sogar mit Liegen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Mein Dank an Melania. Einziges Manko: die Dusche.

Ett boende nära allt. Upplevelserna, kulturen, landet och allt som en turist och semesterfirare kan önska sig. Allt är inte i perfekt skick men det är ju poängen. Som att komma till semesterstugan och vara hemma fast borta.

Vil få lov til å takke Melania for 90 dager med kun nytelse fra vår side. Leiligheten var helt upåklagelig, og Melanias vilje til å stille opp dersom det var noe, var helt upåklagelig. Alt ble gjort for at vi skulle få ett fint opphold, og fint ble det. Utsikten fra altanen var helt upåklagelig, men det medførte at vi ikke spaserte nok. Men det får vi vel skrive på vår egen konto. Vi skulle gjerne ha tilbrakt neste vinter i leiligheten, men det er helt forståelig at andre også ønsker å komme tilbake, og da ble vi altså for sen. Tusen takk for oppholdet, og lykke til videre. Dem som kommer til deg Melania, er sikker på å bli tatt godt vare på.

went with a friend 21st November for 4 nights and really enjoyed the relaxing sunshine, the only disappointment was the long walk down to the beach, it doesnt look that far from the balcony view, could not walk up the steep hill back so had to get a taxi , which was very cheap at 3 euros.

Tres bel appartement, bien placé et propre.

This was our first visit to Gran Canaria and the apartment was exactly what we were hoping for - and more.Large swimming pool and a great lounge area. Very beautiful and suitable for children sandy beach Amadores. The apartment was clean and well furnished - the complex was secure and well maintained.The views from the apartment balcony are truly stunning - exactly as described. A rental car is recommended as there is plenty to see and many places to visit.We had a lovely relaxing holiday - would recommend and will certainly consider booking again.Tadas and Jolita

El apartamento está muy bien y superequipado con todo lo que se puede necesitar, es como estar en casa ,un bonito entorno para pasar unos dias de playa. Solo un pero que seguro corregiran y es que el colchón de la cama necesita un cambio. Gracias por todo al propietario
